Dont care about customer questions and support cases

Los precios son razonables, no he tenido problemas con el servicio, la migración de mis dominios ha ocurrido sin fallas, el manejo de diversos servicios de DNS es fácil y cuenta con muchas opciones. Cuando he usado el soporte, la respuesta ha sido rápida y precisa. 5 estrellas

Responsive, precise and human support.

I was looking for a solution for my son's Minecraft server, as my ISP changes the IP address every day, so his friends couldn't login the next day. I asked for support on the live chat and Kristiyan was very helpful and patient with all my questions.

Absolutely terrible when issues arise.

Today, I realised my domain expired which I have with CloudNS, I tried to login, to my suprise I couldn't. Contacted support, after a 20 minute wait I found out I couldn't login because the CloudNS mail forwarders stop working when your domain is near expiration. That's fine, okay, then I find out I have to wait over 2 hours for their "urgent" support to allow me to login.

The other issue I am facing is that because the mail forwarders are total garbage, I didn't receive half the emails from CloudNS for expirations, so I didn't see until the last second.

Forget using 2FA also, every login you have to sit through tedious captcha that barely works, and times out most of the time.

Still waiting, had over 300+ customers complain via our live chat services are down.

We needed to find a new DNS provider in the EU region which is GDPR and ISO27001 compliant.
CloudDNS is much more than that as their DNS service is stable, fast, easy to manage and supports secondary zones which is an absolute must for us.
Further more they have a chat option in their portal which makes it super fast and easy to get competent support. 5 star recommendation from me.

After being with GoDaddy for over 25 years, it was time to move.
if you have more then one domain to magane you really need to have a professional DNS provider, ClouDNS is for you, we have many domains email servers etc.
The service is quick and very helpful.

I have used CloudDNS for more than 4 years now overall they are an exceptional DNS provider. Technically the service has been flawless. I have had like maybe 1 support interaction and that was bad configuration on my end and not anything due to the service. In all honesty they are a fantastic DNS provider !
I had a great exchange with Ekaterina Tryncheva as well. She was really good and well informed on the topic we discussed and overall the company is ran really well with super respectful staff and excellent service.

I have been using them from very early stage of the ClouDNS company. They got better and better, eventually I moved away from GoDaddy completely.

Migrated to ClouDNS a couple of weeks ago and am glad we did. The zone migration was simple enough with import/export tools. DNS performance is comparable to previous provider. Live chat support responds very fast and seems knowledgeable (contacted them on two different occasions). Zone management UI isn't the best, but is completely useable (haven't found a DNS provider with an interface I actually like, so not marking this as a negative -- nature of the beast, I suppose). Best part is the price. Cut my DNS costs by 85% and has all the features of my previous provider.

What truly sets them apart is their willingness to engage. I would previously looked into UDP monitoring (which most providers don't even offer), and rather than directing me to a generic help page, someone from their team, Ekaterina, in particular went above and beyond to assist. Her proactive support made a real difference.
Notifications are impressively flexible: SMS, Telegram, webhooks, and even DNS fallback options are available.
You can access traceroute diagnostics, webhook alerts, and multi-location checks even on the lower-tier plans.
It is also worth noting that their free plan includes one monitoring check and seven days of logs, which is ideal for small projects or testing. If you choose to upgrade, the pricing remains transparent and fair.
Their Anycast DNS network spans over 60 points of presence, operating across more than 50 data centres on six continents. It is optimised for fast resolution and redundancy, particularly in regions that Cloudflare tends to overlook all at a highly competitive price point.
If you are managing multiple domains or need DDoS protection without the overhead of enterprise pricing, ClouDNS is a hidden gem.

Very good service, everything works without problems. Support quickly solves all issues.

Excellent, fast and efficient!

If you're looking for a DNS provider that actually talks to you like a human and not a ticket-bot, ClouDNS is the real deal.

I recently went full beast mode with DNSSEC and custom name servers (ns1.autotim.de on AlmaLinux, signed with 💎 DNSKEYs and 🔐 DS records). Things got technical — real fast. But their team? Cool-headed, responsive, and deeply competent.

Originally I was impressed with the speed & features and trusted this with my business.

Until I had to change my email provider. Unregistered the old one, went to update the MX record... locked out because of using a different IP.

The resolution? They will send me an email to the MX record on file, which I need to login to change but can't.

It is clear that someone with absolutely with no experience designed this workflow. Cost my business a lot of money until I could switch out of them.

Received 0 support, had to block my card to prevent them from stealing money (as the subscription can't be cancelled if you are locked out).
