Service was good, product I required was easy to find on website. I would have preferred to pay by debit card rather than PayPal but otherwise happy.

Thank you for your feedback Martin. During the pandemic we have had to close our stores which has hit our small business hard. All operations have been from our warehouse since then but because all orders are now coming in via our website the fees Paypal were charging became too much - we are working hard to ensure our business survives this and we decided rather than increase prices to cover costs that we would prefer to cut ties with Paypal and keep prices the same for our customers.

Quick and efficient service. Vape juice is amazing quality, little more pricy than average but worth it for the taste and quality. They gave me free hand sanitizer and a device to lift the lids (saves me using pliers) which was a nice touch - will defo be using again.

Thank you for your review Stuart. We have been looking to resolve this and have just secured a new card payment system which will be in place on the website very soon. We find ourselves in difficult and unexpected circumstances having had to close our stores so with all business now coming in via our website we had to cease using Paypal as the fees were too high.
