Cloudy2Clear Windows - Mansfield, Chesterfield, Worksop & Derby (MM) レビュー

Was really quite impressed with the Service. We had a broken locking mechanism on double glazed window - initial appointment was quite quick within 48hrs. Both site visit and fix technician were both very friendly. Fix Tech made sure I was completely happy before leaving (I was) and actually fixed an issue with another door for free while he was here. Would defo recommend.

You turn up on the day and time you gave me and you did an excellent job it was a great service and I have told people at work this

Fitters attention to detail was outstanding, a fantastic job.

This firm has done a fantastic job and sensibly priced. Thank you

From the very first call, the measuring up and quote, to the fitting, Cloudy2Clear where polite, friendly and efficient!! We will definitely use them again and would not hesitate in recommending them

Very professional and efficient service.Prompt response and repair carried out within 2 weeks.

Excellent service throughout. Came when they said they would and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Great company.

Quick and efficient replacement glass. No mess, no fuss.

I had a steamed up double glazed window repaired and caulking renewed. I couldn't be more pleased with the result.
Good communication throughout.

Used your company several times over the years, always efficient and respectful and fair pricing. Highly satisfied.

Fantastic company who offer good prices and first class service. Every member of staff we have dealt with have been knowledgeable, professional, friendly and polite. Our go to with any window and door issues.

Exceptional customer service and complete professionalism from the fitting carried out by the C2C East Midlands team, this including the sales person who visited our home to look round and provide a quote to the guys Paddy and Nathan who were exemplary when they fitted our new window units. From arriving at our home they were exceptionally good with explaining the processes, ensuring we felt confident with the work they were carrying out especially as it was fitting window units into hardwood which needs someone who understands this concept and it was clear that the team sent out specialised in this area. We were also extremely impressed with how well they cleared up afterwards. Professionalism at its highest and we would certainly welcome them back into our home to carry out any further work and I strongly recommend them to all our friends and family

The windows look amazing and their name Cloudy to Clear certainly does describe what they do, we can't believe how clearly we can see through our windows now which has brightened up all the rooms where the work was carried out

From the original visit to fitting replacement glass great service...would recommend the Mansfield Branch

Very pleasant person fitted windows cleaned up after fitting

From our initial contact right through to fitting, this is a company that many others could learn lessons from.
We needed five windows replacing and both the front and rear doors needed attention along with another window which was being a pain to close.
The initial visit involved measuring the windows and the quote, we were listened to, not patronised or oversold and it was all very friendly and quick, good price too. The second visit, within two weeks, was the fitting and other work, all finished and tidied away in about an hour or so.
In this day and age a truly pleasurable experience and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
Keep up the good work!

After phoning the company they were quick to give me a date for measuring up and then supplying

Quick service, good price, quick fitting and no mess. Staff are polite and helpful.

The team arrived right before I had to go out for the school run, but they were amazing and did the job (one big window and a new handle) within minutes! Very impressed. Really good value and half the price of a whole new window - it's lovely to be able to see out of it again! Would absolutely use again. Thank you.

We had someone come round for a quote and they were very quick, friendly and professional. They made sure to give the perfect date for the fitment also.
On the day of the fitment they called to inform us they were on their way and when they arrived were again fast, friendly and professional. Every aspect was quick and easy. I believe the price may be a little high for the panels we replaced, but I had already ear-marked the money for this so was happy that the quote was under what I had put aside.
It might be cheaper to source the panels yourself, but if you don't want the hassle I would still highly recommend Cloudy 2 Clear.

Everything as promised - and the door is perfect for our hall. Everyone pleased to have it in place.
