Absolutely knew what was happening from start to finish. All on time and completed to a high standard

The two workman were very professional and helpful. Left everywhere tidy when they left.

With my recent experience with this company if I could give them zero stars I would. Made an appointment two weeks ago for a quote...appointment was between 09.00 - 13.00. At 12.10 I called the call centre just asking for an update on where the engineer was up to..the guy who I spoke to said that 'our system doesnt tell us, but he will contact you 30 mins before he is due to arrive'..at approx 12.35 I received a call from the call centre saying that the guy was running over 2 hours late and would be there at 14.00...or it would have to cancelled and then re-scheduled for ten days time..I had waited two weeks already. I had work commitments from 13.30 so could not accept the new proposed time. I accept that unforeseen delays occur but to be advised 30 mins before the end of my allotted window of four hours and then to be told it would have to be cancelled is unacceptable, certainly bearing in mind that the engineer was running two hours behind..that means they would have known 2 hours ago before they called me that he was running late....Also for the call centre at 12.10 not to be able to advise me I think is also unacceptable. I subsequently rang the call centre to provide my feedback, the guy took my details and said he would put me through to customer service / complaints ..then cut me off. First and last experience

the two men did a very clean, quick and efficient job in replacing three windows

Good job done. Only issue was that the engineer left dirty marks on the window frame inside and out as well as in another room of the house.

Excellent response and very prompt service. Jason was super customer friendly, no bother which was just what we like.

Both times the men came out, first for measuring up and then for fitting the window were very efficient and clean. No time wasted.

Sean did a fantastic job. He arrived promptly, was methodical and precise in his work, and after he'd finished, he took the time to explain to me the repairs he'd made and how to maintain my new window and door lock to keep them in as good condition as possible. Would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent from start to finish, From Stan who came to do the quote and measurements to the two guys that came to do the fitting, fast, efficient and very professional. Windows look really good couldn’t recommend more highly

Great service and no fuss. Was worried that I would require a full window replacement but cloudy 2 clear fixed my condensation in 10 minutes.
