We had an awkward high level hallway window that needed replacement glass and a bedroom window. From our first call, to someone coming out to quote and measuring and then fitting took only a few weeks as we had specialist glass. What a wonderful professional company. The guys who fitted were respectful of our property and very quick and professional. Thank you so much.

This was the second time I needed Cloudy2Clear. To renew the broken hinges on my Windows. A year ago one window was broken and this was fixed promptly efficiently and no fuss. This year two Windows hinges broke so I called Cloudy2Clear and arranged another visit. As we had two more Windows that were the same age I decided to have them all replaced. The two fitters were excellent, no fuss just got the job done efficiently and with no mess could not have asked for a better service.

Andy came around to quote and it was very very reasonable so I accepted and the windows, all 8 of them, were replaced by CJ. A fantastic job and he cleared up thoroughly. I’m really pleased with the work. Would definitely recommend. A very professional outfit. Thank you.

Andy came and measured up the single window and gave the quote on the spot. Yesterday two fitters came at 9am on the dot and efficiently fitted the new window in less than 10 minutes. Courteous and professional service from start to finish.

I had a blown pane replaced, along with several hinges and handles. The sales guy was really good - down to earth, no hard sell or upselling.

Delighted with the service from start to finish that we had from Andy Kerridge and his team. All took off shoes without us needing to ask, understood exactly what to do with our (what we thought) were dodgy old windows but all fixed without the new for new ones. Will recommend and use again.

Everything about the Norwich Cloudy2Clear is fast, efficient and ... transparent. The initial site visit and order for new glass was swiftly handled with a realistic idea of the lead time. Phone calls with the office were always answered and messages responded to. The technicians sent out on the day - Ben and Terry - were charming and reassuring to the 88-year-old owner and they completed their work very neatly within 20 minutes, taking the old window and rubbish away with them. They even recommended the best window cleaner they'd found -- 'Tesco: Window & Glass' (89p). A first class service for a remarkably cheap price. What a terrific, trustworthy company.

Having lost my house key I had to smash a double gazed window to gain entry. I called Cloudy2Clear and they arrived quickly to measure and quote.
The sealed unit was made to order, which took a few days and as soon as they knew when the panel would be ready they phoned to make an appointment.
They arrived on time, completed the work very neatly and cleaned up thoroughly. Very friendly, polite and professional. Price was good too.

Efficient and helpful free quotation for replacement of sealed unit. The fitters (lovely lads) arrived on time, good interpersonal skills, worked quickly and tidily with helpful explanations. Clear explanation re: 25 year guarantee. Won't bother with other quotes if I need another replacement sealed unit.
