Bryant was my mentor during my first software engineering internship, and to this day, he remains the best mentor I've had. What set him apart was that he didn't just focus on my technical growth — he was intentional about helping me develop professional soft skills and gave me real opportunities to practice them. I came into that internship shy and unsure of what I wanted after college. I left it career-driven and confident that I could achieve whatever I set out to do.
He also gave me invaluable guidance on how to make the most of my remaining time in college, from which courses to prioritize to encouraging me to pursue my master's degree, a decision that shaped the trajectory of my career.
