Ordered a 3 piece set, 2 tops came instead. Emailed about this, no answer. Would not order again from here, my fault for not reading reviews first.

I ordered a matching set and when it arrived, the logo on the bottoms was already peeling off, straight out of the package. I attempted to contact customer service through their website, TikTok, and Instagram and have been completely ignored across all platforms. No response whatsoever. Selling items that are clearly not fit for purpose and then ignoring customers is something I will be reporting to Trading Standards. I will also be pursuing a chargeback through my bank. Save your money.

I ordered from Clovu on 2 April 2026 and still have not received my parcel over a month later (order total: €258.22).
After multiple failed delivery attempts and no updates, I contacted An Post directly. They confirmed the parcel is currently stuck at the Dublin Mail Centre due to an issue with the customs declaration form submitted by the sender, meaning the shipment cannot move forward. They also specifically confirmed there is a sender-related issue with the customs declaration, which is preventing the parcel from clearing customs.
This is not a minor delay — it is a preventable issue caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation from the sender, which has effectively left my parcel stuck in customs with no resolution.
The tracking also falsely showed the item as “delivered” on 27 April, which was incorrect. I visited my local sorting office on that date with the tracking number and was told the parcel was not delivered. I also made multiple follow-up visits since then and was repeatedly informed there has been no movement due to the customs issue.
I have contacted Clovu customer service several times and received no response at all. Until now, there has been no reply or attempt to resolve the issue.
To make matters worse, no refund has been issued or even confirmed. At this point I am still out €258.22, left with no item, no refund, and no resolution.
At this stage, I have no item, no clear communication, and no progress from support.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Clovu due to poor communication, lack of support, and customs declaration errors on the sender’s side that have resulted in a complete failure to deliver the order.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this brand. I ordered a 3-piece set, but not only was the order incorrect, the item I received didn’t even match what I paid for. To make matters worse, the clothing arrived with visible marks and ink pen marks all over it, which is completely unacceptable.
Unfortunately, this isn’t my first issue with them. On a previous order, I paid for two tracksuits but only received one—and even that one was faulty, with a broken zip and a hole in the pocket. That alone should have been a warning sign.
Customer service has been consistently poor. Every time I reached out, they blamed the “factory” instead of taking responsibility. Communication was frustrating, with constant back-and-forth and no real resolution offered. They asked me to return the entire set (not just the incorrect item) using a post box instead of a proper post office, which felt unreliable. I even attempted to return it via a parcel drop-off point, but the barcode wasn’t recognized.
To make things more concerning, the return address was the same as the shipping address, which raised doubts about whether they’d claim the return was never received. Given all these issues, I chose not to proceed with the return.
Overall, I would not recommend this brand. The quality is poor, the service is worse, and the whole process feels unreliable. It’s simply not worth the hassle unless you’re prepared for a frustrating experience
Stay way clear! Orderd 2 piece set and been 3 weeks still nothing ive emailed them got a reply fast they asked for order number ive sent it and ignored me
I ordered 2 x tracksuits back end of last week. Received confirmation straight away and within a day I had received an email to say they had been shipped. Got my order within 3 days and was really impressed by the quality of the tracksuits. Had a little hiccup with one of them but after an email to the sales team they replied within 24 hours and have been nothing but excellent in making sure it was sorted!
Will definitely be buying more products from this company! Was skeptical after seeing a couple of negative reviews but made up I bought off them.

Thought i wouls put a review on because of the few bad reviews they have had in the past. I cant fault them there tracksuits are really good quaility they are exactly like the montirex ones fit is perfect, Delivery was super quick ordered on a frday (bank holiday) and arrived by the following thursday very happy will be buying again
Absolutely gutted. Ordered 4 three piece sets and 4 two piece sets to only recieve 3/4 of the three piece sets and 1/4 of the two piece sets. Tried emailing. Facebook TikTok and been ignored in the mean time there still posting videos. Bit disappointed when I’ve spent over £200
My partner purchased a jumper (large) they sent the wrong size (xl)
Rather than sending out the correct size, they were happy to allow my partner to purchase a second jumper (it was for an event and a return wouldn’t be processed in time)
Once again, they sent out an xl rather than a large.
He visited the stores TikTok and commented on a live video they were doing, with the issue, he was then mocked on the live, when twice they have made the same mistake by sending the wrong item.
No reply to messages from customer service. Do not buy from this brand, shocking behaviour.
I don’t normally write reviews, after seeing some bad reviews online after ordering from this brand I’ve got to say I’m well impressed.
Ordered a coat which has came really warm and better than expected, 2 jumpers that are warm and fit really well and 3 t shirts I haven’t yet tried on. All came to about £65 quid down from £95 on Black Friday sale!
Can’t even get a decent coat for £65 quid alone these days so I am well happy. Grey Parker coat looks a lot more expensive than it is, I’d defo buy from these again.
Delivery was quick as well was with me within a week
I was rather worried spent £60 odd quid before seeing all the bad reviews on here genuine customer I bought 2 montirex style tracksuits came the following week no issues as ordered will deffo shop again and I am no bot like I thought reading the odd good comments this is a decent site decent clobber decent prices 👍👍
Awful awful quality product just turn up at my door absolute garbage!
Absolute scam, ‘clovu’ are supposedly saying that my £80 order had been tampered with however nothing had been opened or touched. I received nothing of what I ordered and instead jsut some short and T-shirt set. Also a note saying how they had ‘no stock left’ which is why my order wasn’t received. Absolutely awful, don’t trust these 🤣🤣
This brand is a scam they ripped me off and sent me nothing I ordered and only £20 worth of £80 order they refuse to refund to DO NOT ORDER
Ordered a tracksuit, images helped with sizing and it looked exactly as it does in the videos and pictures, for what your paying for I cant complain. they also shipped straight away and came within 3 days.
A little disappointed, I won a giveaway on tiktok which I was so pleased about. I have just received the free gift. Firstly it said size m, which I received xs. Secondly the label has been ripped out leaving holes in the top of the shirt. Luckily I didn't pay for this item. I have been raving and telling everyone how good your products look and how you seem like a good company to use. Guess I was wrong
