I love this application it is amazing to connect with brands I have found beauty niche and personal care. It is very easy to use and the missions are very clear about what you should do. It is an excellent way to generate cash or to redeem for coupons.

The club app is exceptionally well providing soo many opportunities to earn and collaborate with brands

As a content creator working in the house decor, gardening, plus self care space I’m really enjoying this app. It gives you more reach to brands and opportunities to learn and earn rewards. Definitely something I will recommend to friends and family.

Terrible experience! This is already the second time I haven’t received a reward I’m entitled to because the system fails to properly track sales. The team’s responses feel automated and show little to no attention to what’s actually being said. I’ve been waiting for days for an update on this issue and still haven’t received any response. If this issue is resolved, I will delete this review.

I love how many brands are on here en that you can be an ambassador for so many brands!

They tell that issues on my account should have been fixed, now I have almost been banned. This is crazy. They don't answer.

I created a voucher worth ~€94 through Brandbassador Club that has never worked, not even once.

For over a month, support has only been telling me that my case is being “forwarded”, with no solution and no follow-up. I am now being ghosted while the voucher is close to expiring.

This is very disappointing, especially considering the value involved. A simple fix or replacement would have solved this weeks ago
