Club Rattan - Furniture for Outdoor Living レビュー 

We ordered an Isobella corner sofa set with rising table and 2 stools. The company responded in a timely manner and we had delivery by the date we needed it for.

Less than a week later, one of the stools (we hadn't even used them at this point) had damage to it. Reached out to the company and they provided a partial refund for us to arrange repair.

When we ordered the sofa, we also ordered a cover which was due to be in stock 15th June. We were told it would be sent as soon as it is available in stock. I had to ask this, this wasn't told to me.

By the middle of July, we still hadn't received the cover. No communication was sent to us to notify of a delay. In between expected stock date of 15th June to now, I have had to personally email five times to get an update because we had pre paid for an item we hadn't received.

You should notify your customers if there is a delay and not expect them to keep following up. It's unprofessional. I had to request to receive a refund so that we can purchase elsewhere. I had the same excuse everytime that you are speaking to the warehouse and are dealing with this. The website doesn't even advertise the cover, which tells me it was never going to come in stock.

Order to delivery was extremely quick and the product was well packed for its transit to us. The product was in good order on opening the packaging and everything fitted perfectly.
The suite now takes pride of place in our garden which has been perfect for the warm spells that we have experienced this summer so far.

Great communication and delivered as stated. The table is great quality and easy to assemble

Updated*. After an initial issue with receiving my message regarding my return as I had ordered the wrong size and difficulty organising a return on the website. I can say once they saw the message on Trustpilot the customer service has been brilliant. Organised my refund promptly and very helpful in offering an alternative. Initial order and delivery was fast. Thanks to the customer service team for their speedy response.

Trying to organise a return for an item incorrectly ordered. NO response to email address trying to arrange this when I have tried to raise a return on their website it will not allow you to upload requested image of package being returned so will not allow you to process the return. I want to reorder the correct size but not if they are unwilling to facilitate a return to get a refund. So disappointed as delivery was prompt.

this company is absolutely rubbish, good luck getting hold of customer service, hardly ever reply to emails, just excuse after excuse, I order a cover on the 27/06 heard nothing from them and now its out of stock and stock not coming in till mid July so I might get it August, absolutely ridiculous, my advice go somewhere else and pay more for a decent service

Excellent cover for my rattan chair it’s made of high quality and looks fabulous,
However club rattan let themselves slightly down as there was no communication of my delivery which it stated online dispatched within 3-5 days but that was not the case. So after waiting well over a week I did have to make contact as I wasn’t kept upto date. I just feel communication on their behalf could have been better.

Ordered the furniture cover as the one I bought with the furniture was breaking. Expensive but Really good quality item, I’m really pleased.
Just needed communication from the team when there was a delay rather than get customer to chase

Excellent customer service. The lady that served us her surname was Song was extremely helpful and friendly felt we could ask any question very knowledgeable giving us a lot of options of what was available. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Poor hydraulic didn’t work….Very expensive purchase when doesn’t work

All very good and quick delivery. Very satisfied and if i ever do need rattan again, ill happily come back. See you in 20 years!

From walking into the showroom, and being greeted by a lovely young lady named Song, who was so helpful and who helped us make our choice, to the delivery of our furniture, the experience of Club Rattan has been 5 star.

Ordered on a Tuesday & by the following Monday the garden furniture had arrived slight issue with the glass top, but a replacement was with us by Friday!!
So all in all in my garden all set up within 10 days which I think is excellent service.
All our emails were answered very quickly with all information we asked for .

I have been treated disgustingly and scammed out of £594. I will try to keep this brief. Order placed on 14th May. It was scheduled to be delivered the following Wednesday. The courier let me down and made a second promise for Thursday. Let me down again, and promised Friday. I informed both Club Ratton and the courier it was needed the latest on Friday as we were going away after the weekend. It didn't get delivered, and I have found out from the courier that it was never out for delivery at any point that week. (I have all the emails). I cancelled the order and was told I can't cancel the order, I need to return the furniture at my own expense. I told them multiple times that I'm not in possession of anything to return but they repeated the same thing over and over again. I have confirmation from the courier that the furniture is with Club Rattan and not with them but requests for a refund are being refused/ignored.
I also have emails from them saying that distant selling regulations and consumer rights don't apply to them as they have their own policy. They are even ignoring the banks requests for details.
Order from them with caution.
Update: Nobody has tried to deliver this furniture, so nothing has been refused. I have cameras all over my property. You would have delivery attempt proof if this were the case. The order may have been in transit, but it was not in transit to me. Customers have the right to cancel orders if they are no longer required. Your policy does not overrule the Consumer Rights Act. You say I haven't been scammed. You have the goods. Process a refund then simple.

Ordered delivered quickly but it does not suit (too small). I am trying to send it back but having some difficulty...
I completed a 'returns form' but received no confirmation email and no contact has been made, and I'm worried I won't be able to return in the 2 week window.
I can't seem to find a contact number either. I note I pay for delivery of return, which is fair, but no mention anywhere as to how much this might be. Not even a ball park.
Would appreciate a response..

The garden furniture was delivered 7 days after order and extremely well packed. We are delighted with the quality and also with the after service provided.
It looks beautiful in our garden. Cushions very comfy and thicker than most. I love the two tier table which makes it suitable for all occasions. Would definitely buy from Club Rattan again

Can’t rate this company highly enough. Our corner sofa set arrived very quickly and well packaged. My husband built it up in under an hour. Then we were sat on it in the sunshine with a glass of wine. It looks fabulous. And so comfortable. Had lots of compliments. Can I also add… its a fraction of the cost, the garden centres are charging, Thankyou Club Rattan we love it.
