Echt een verschrikkelijk bedrijf, totaal incompetent. THC facturen worden pas verstuurd op het allerlaatste moment (want "we kampen helaas met een achterstand") na een eindeloze stroom e-mails en telefoontjes van onze kant. Na het doorsturen van het betaalbewijs en de inmiddels wanhopige roep om vrijstelling komen ze dan af met "we hebben nog een POA nodig"... Inmiddels loopt de storage freetime dan al en krijg je de containers niet meer op tijd van kaai: de storagefactuur volgt dan verrassend genoeg wèl onmiddelllijk... Pure maffia.

absolute joke of a company, avoid at all costs, they sit on their hands when shipments arrive and leave you with extra charges, they should be kicked out of Australia

Awful service, they have delayed empty container return on purpose to collect 3 days demurrage. Our truck was blocked at return gate without any reason whatsoever, they say "compliance problems". Empty container was cleaned and ready to return, "compliance"??

Been awaiting shipping container with our household goods, was supposed to arrive end of August and has been delayed every week by 2 weeks, then a day at every port stop. Disgraceful service, can't use the excuse of shipping delays due to the war as they haven't even left the Aegean. Would not recommend to anyone.

Doe geen zaken met dit bedrijf in Rotterdam, zijn allemaal incompetent, ze verzinnen allerlei smoezen om je container daar langer te laten staan zodat ze daar flink voor vangen, container zou tot 3x geleverd worden maar komen dan weer met een smoes dat ze weer ineens van alles nodig hebben aan documenten na 3 weken, iedere dag hebben ze weer wat anders wat ze nodig hebben en dan wel de rekening sturen van een paar duizend Euro , daar zijn ze dan wel heel vlot mee, het zijn ook slecht Engels sprekende mensen die je aan de telefoon krijgt

If you need to use shipping, use some one else, for your own sanity, as they do not care
Shippment delay for more than 30 days
My shipment from China has been delayed by more than 30 days. The expected arrival date was May 27th, but it has been changed to June 28th. I have asked their customer service for an explanation, but all they say is that they are experiencing delays. Their service is awfull!
Use any other company!

I have been working with CMA for 25 years because of a relationship with our customer. They used to be more customer oriented and helpful way back when. However, now they have outsourced and changed departments so many times, all their customers are just a number. They are not customer oriented, are uncooperative, not helpful in any capacity, throw everything back to the customer, hard to work with, and appear to only care about making large amount of profit. They are not the steamship line that cares about their clients, unless you are one of the top grossing customers. In addition, their website is horrendous. It used to be much better , but now nothing works correctly. Most of our NVOs agree they are awful and difficult to work with, and I highly recommend to use another carrier.

You get invoices for container deliveries that you have not placed. Invoicing in wrong currency.

CMA-CGM lied and stole from us
CMA-CGM lied to us, made us pay extra money otherwise our container would not have been released, are a mess and can't find information in the emails we sent in the past, damaged our container and we had to pay extra for the truck receiving the container as the driver came 2h late without notice. A total mess and nightmare. Also, we complained for 2 months and they were not able to attend us during weeks and at the end they refused to refund us the ridiculous amount of 30€ that was 1 of our cases and the most obvious clear mistake on their part. The worst and I mean the worst organization I have ever had the displeasure of being tortured by. Their vessel schedule is just plain wrong and will roll vessels up to days before cut because they don't even know what they have in the water. if you ship with rail good luck because they don't communicate with rail companies and don't send EDI's or keep track of rail cut dates. will cancel your booking two days before cut and claim you missed it because they have the wrong dates in their system. if you're lucky you will get an ok customer service agent. most likely you will get a barley trained person who doesn't know what an EDI, ETD or ETA is and will argue with you about false information. They even list Vessels names that are not real on their schedule make hundreds of bookings on them then cancel and roll all the bookings within a week of sailing date. what kind of shipping company dosent even know what they have in the water? I would not wish this company on my worst enemy. I ship with 13 other carriers and would choose a rubber duck to ship with over CMA. I did not know I could hate a company so much before experiencing what it means to be a CMA customer.

South Africa, Battled to get invoices for two days, shipment was delayed by incompetence of the staff, additional charges incurred. Management of no assistance, don't answer the phones and emails. Received invoices at about 09H30 and paid, payment validation takes one whole day. AT 16H00 still no release. Every shipment on Cma Cgm is a problem. Advised all clients not to use this shipping line.

The worst company in maritime transport. I'm waiting for a container which took 22 days to come from Asia to Europe, while it took 10 days to come from Greece to Albania and it still hasn't left Greece. 0 recommendation
Worst line ever
Worst line ever. No communication all these staff but no service, no replying to emails and all have these attitudes like they all important. South Africa is the worst office ever, they think being in top5 makes them good.
