I reached out to clarify a shipping fee discrepancy before placing an order. Their website clearly stated free delivery for orders over â¬40, yet I was being charged â¬12. Instead of addressing my concern, their response was simply: "Our shop closed. DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER."
No apology, no explanationâjust an abrupt and unprofessional reply. If the shop is closed, why is the website still active and accepting orders? Completely unacceptable and misleading.
