Excellent Customer Service
Ordered some ski boots as they were a great price. Unfortunately they weren't the model I had been searching for so returned them. Communication was quick and refund was processed without fuss and in full. Excellent customer service in this day and age. Thank you.

Good price (but a bit different to other Craigdon websites - so shop around amongst Craigdon!). Sent quick, though slight delay between ordering and posting (lost a day somewhere before despatching). Good to see recyclable packaging though! Kudos for that. Overall I'm very happy.

Shop with the small guys, they’re great!
I needed some wax for my skins (at short notice) good pricing, very prompt despatch (in sensible packaging) and a nice smiley face thanking me for my order. What more can you ask for?
