We have been using the software plugin for several years now, and the features are really good. The price-performance rate is absolutely fair. There are some drawbacks in terms of support, with very long waiting times and a lack of feedback.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Selena regarding the NB Designer plugin, and I couldn't be more impressed with her exceptional service. From the moment I reached out, Selena was prompt, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. There is no support whatsoever. Even contact to the CEO results in a platitude of a reply and absolutely no follow-up. We've paid for the software and support packages for years, only because it's absolutely impossible to cancel it. The software itself is a crash-a-thon for WordPress, so there's that.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of service I have received regarding the debug issue affecting my WordPress website, which I purchased from Envato. It is clear that the problem originates from your theme and plugin coding, as they are not compatible with the latest WordPress updates.

As a paying customer, I find it unreasonable and unacceptable to be charged additional fees for technical support to resolve an issue caused by your product. It is the responsibility of your company to ensure that your themes and plugins are updated and maintained to meet compatibility standards with WordPress updates.

This situation reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality. If this issue is not resolved promptly and at no additional cost to me, I regret to inform you that I will leave a detailed negative review on your platform and other online forums. This is not a step I take lightly, but I feel it is necessary to protect other clients from facing similar frustrations.

I trust that you will take immediate action to address this matter and provide a resolution. Please confirm when I can expect the necessary updates or assistance to fix the issue without incurring extra fees.

I would like to highlight the quality of the software developed, mentioning its robustness, scalability and ease of use. The solutions are customized and meet our client expectations.

The support team is fast and efficient, with a good disposition to solve problems. The fluid communication and follow-up were appreciated.

Bought the NBDesigner web to print plugin. It has lots of features, but sadly not much documentation. We came across a few bugs and needed support. Sent a support requests on Tuesday but heard nothing back till Friday. Support answered that question but by then we had other questions/issues. Sent more requests and got no response. We're 8 days in now and still can't use the plugin becuase support takes so long to get back on each request. We've decide to request a refund becuase we can't go for days at a time waiting to get answers.

Selena the best Customer service provider, she give us Discount for long period of time subscription, helping us in every problem, we had some bugs, he fixed for us too! Great Plugin and very smart managers/devs/support

After installing the NB Designer tool it was quite rough to use. Some errors showed up after it was installed but after using their customer service, they managed to fix it rather quickly.

Based on my experience with this company is that they never deliver the work. Bad communication and zero support. They will steel your money.

The plugin used is really top, time saving and complete features. ultra easy installation and configuration. And even when I needed specific development in relation to my theme, Andrea from customer service was very competent and fast. I recommend!

This company is a scam! their quality of works are horrible and you should NEVER ever give them money until you check all their works.

En mayo del 2022 compré el plugin NB Designer | Online Product Designer Plugin for WooCommerce WordPress, no ha sufrido ninguna actualización desde junio de 2022, cuando WooCommerce ha tenido muchas, han sacado el mismo producto online, mejorado pero para que pagues el servicio de alojamiento y comisiones por ventas, una estafa me parece a mi, después de estar pagando casi 40€ semestralmente para las actualizaciones, el plugin muy bueno, pero no lo actualizan.
