bonjour j ai commandé 4 jantes sur CM WHEELS ´je les reçois dans les délais , a la réception je vois qu’un carton a été très abîmé au transport, j ouvre le carton et la jante est très abîmé donc je refuse la jante et garde les 3 autres, je contacte immédiatement CMWHEELS avec les photos de la jante abîmé, en leur expliquant la situation, ils m’on répondu en me demandant si j avais renvoyé une jante ou les 4 , depuis ça fait 5 semaines que j essaye de rentrer en contact avec eux mais aucune réponse , j attend une nouvelle jantes avec impatience, je trouve ça inadmissible de rester sans réponse ,

Personally when I received the wheels I was delighted they were crisp, fresh and great when I put them on the car.

I noticed they were a different size ( I ordered 20” they sent 19”) from the size I ordered and in fairness they refunded the difference. However the real problem started 3/4 months into owning the wheels I noticed small bits of corrosion. Over time a few weeks passed and on all 4 alloy wheels it was everywhere. Completely ruined, evident that the wheels were not designed for external environments.

I reached out hoping they would give me relief and take accountability but they blamed it on weather issues. Salt on the roads was the answer. Bear in mind this is mid spring time. Couldn’t believe that alloys I bought within 4/5 months time would get ruined with corrosion due to salt. All cars drive on salted surfaces. Clearly the wheels were not fit for use as all environmental factors should be considered when selling such an expensive product. They state they don’t cover that. The responses were always delayed from emails and texts and calls. Always waiting a week before an answer was given. Eventually i just decided to give up trying to recover damages of a faulty product. I write this to allow people to see the flip side of these purchases as they’re happy to take your money but not so happy taking accountability with issues of there products.

Money wasted. Won’t shop here again.

Would highly recommend CM Wheels for anyone who’s looking for different alloys for there vehicle. Asked them questions about the wheels I was after they came with the answer straight away. Quick dispatch and delivery, the alloys I for my car was the look I wanted and filled the gap in nice. If never need more I would be looking at them again. Thanks again

Bought wheels for our company can from CM Wheels last week and can only praise everything about the whole experience…from the initial call with Niall, to receiving our wheels the next day… everything was seamless… We would highly recommend this company for your wheels.

Cm wheels where fantastic to deal with placed my order on Monday had my wheels on Thursday,, Niall was very helpful and noting was to much bother

Terrible Customer service Nialls is very hard to deal with and is not very understanding wish i felt welcome for spending money as a customer guess i wont be buying here again.

Order some DS-05 rims on Ström Wheels aka CM Wheels, and I was super excited getting a highly talked about product from what I’ve seen shipped to the US. When the product arrived the boxes were destroyed and the wheels looked fine until I noticed one came with a black center cap. I went and paired them up with the other wheels and I noticed it looked a bit smaller and the cap ended up being non interchangeable with the other wheels. So I call up Mr Niall’s and explained my issue but it seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered and said “we will send you some caps we will have black caps send them so they match and that will fix the issue” when I said several times that wont resolve it so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
When the caps came I went to place them in and they fell straight through the center of the wheel so now I gotta contact my bank to dispute this trash and now he wants to get back to me and start sending the wheels I asked for originally. He later on sent the new rim but the box looks like it sat in the rain with mold in it, basically a spit in the face with the headache I gave him which It didn’t have to be that way. In the end I still win 5 rims, free caps, lugs, and hub rings for the price of 4 wheels.

I purchased some wheels recently from C M wheels, the service and product was first class, Niall was really helpful and professional, absolutely brilliant, thank you, Martin.

Staff went out of their way as carriers tracking app stopped working making collection look lost.
They could not have been more helpful,

Ordered Friday Arrived today, Can’t get better service than that, 1st class from the time of ordering to delivery a few days later, everything was great asked for a little bit of advice which CM Wheels replied within 19 minutes, no damage to the wheels or delivery boxes came via Fed Ex Thankyou for a great service

I found the wheels on ebay and liked them a lot .so I emailed the company Direct to ask if they would fit to which they replied, they will be a direct fit.
So I ordered them directly from the company and got them a little little cheaper.
They fit perfectly and look great .
Shipping was fast and well packed .
So far so good .

Jim at CM Wheels is responsive and turns around questions and orders fast. Goods are as advertised, shipping is fast and convenient.
My order was for *replica* wheels, i received exactly what I ordered. It might be softer than OEM alloy, paint is thinner but for the price it clearly does the job and looks better than it costs.

Wheels arrived Thursday 29th February....remarkably quick considering they had to cross the water from Northen Ireland.

The wheels arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

The price was very very keen and delivery was free.

Please please avoid this company at all costs, bought a set of 20inch alloys and after 4 months have started corroding badly. As per other reviews I've emailed but thus far have been ignored.Dont waste your money or compromise your safety.
