The only career oriented newsletter that I look forward to reading EVERY week🩷
I have been subscribed to this newsletter for 3-4 years and read every single one, week after week. I originally subscribed to it via the ResumeWorded website, a free ATS resume scanner/scoring tool.
This newsletter is an excellent source of information and applicable tips/advice about job searching and career development. I have learned a lot of invaluable information from it. Unlike a lot of newsletters, Coached doesn't just dissiminate generic talking points that you could find anywhere.
Common sense at last
"Every productivity book says start with the most important task yada yada"
Hear, hear.
Some common sense at last.
I have been doing the small tasks first…
I have been doing the small tasks first and leaving the big ones to the end for years now. It kind changes completely the game, and I like the way you describing it, it puts you in the wave :)
another thing i found out is doing sports (i do it daily, sometimes twice per day) and that helps a lot organize the tasks and priorities. Running for 1h30 gives you a lot of time to think of stuff :)
great content, thanks for sharing!
Today topic regarding procrastination…
Today topic regarding procrastination really caught my eyes since I'm kinda productive and ambitious but leave things to the very end, I read somewhere it's actually anxiety response in the body, it fascinating how our brain works through hidden trauma and regulate the nervous system. Great read.
Very insightful…
Thanks for another very insightful newsletter, Rohan! You put into words something that I unconsciously always find myself doing to get out of a motivational slump - completing small, unimportant jobs first- in order to build up to the job(s) that I had been avoiding. Works every time!
Ignites the spark and keeps you alive…
Ignites the spark and keeps you alive from the inside. Over time the routine work weeks, we tend to slowly slip away into 'meh' zones. That unsettling feeling of you can do better screams out at times, but feels unactionable. I've personally gained motivation with these timely newsletters as a reminder of those actionable steps for which I am grateful to Rahul & team for writing these wonderful articles.
This one really hit home.
This one got me. Funny enough, I did not even realize I was in a rut until I read this.
I remember one of your earlier emails about exploring another path without abandoning your current one, and that is exactly what I have been doing lately. It has honestly changed how I see things. Made me realize the grass is not greener somewhere else, it is greener where you actually invest your energy.
Really needed this read today.
The way you describe of how people are…
The way you describe of how people are afraid of getting judged is I find the most impressive part .Even I am also afraid of getting judged or doesn't speak loud for the work I do and the efforts I put you really changed my point of view regarding this shyness syndrome.I am definitely sure that I will learn from this and I will implement these strategies throughout my life.
Valuable ideas
I consistently find something valuable in the newsletters, new ideas or things I know with a practical way to apply the ideas.
Advice you'll need to survive office politics and toxic management
Wish I'd learned about strategic escalation and mastering office politics, I mean, good communications, before I got pushed out of the game despite constant business wins and exceptional client relationships! But it is never too late to start :)
Top notch advice
Top notch advice! Love the quality advice, the varied topics (all SUPER relevant - they all just seem to hit when I need), cool tools (elevator pitch, CV check, personality test) and fabulous explanations of emotions that can happen at work (and how to handle them).
Game-changing advice
Since I subscribed, Rohan’s newsletters have given me insights that have been genuinely groundbreaking for my career. Example: I’ve been cold-emailing higher-ups in the AI field for months to no avail. After reading the most recent Coached Weekly newsletter today, I sent some cold emails with Rohan’s strategies. I got responses (plural!) within hours. Thank you, Rohan, for the effort you put into these newsletters. It’s really made a difference for me.
Love the insights
Love the insights & appreciate the effort that goes into these! There is always something valuable to take away, even when I'm reading this right at the end of my day. Thanks for sharing:)
It's highly relatable
It's highly relatable! I was stuck by how truly resonating the write-up on jealousy was.
Insightful and helpful content.
Needed this
Needed this! I’m just reading this email and it was perfect timing. Thank you!!
Worth the read... each time!
I love receiving this newsletter! I am able to pull so much out of it to help myself and help my team. The Impact Assessment alone hit the nail on the head and I am now trying to get my entire team to engage with the tool so we can compare results.

When I try to upload my resume it's showing browser incompatible why otherwise good
Thank you Rohan 😊
How you manage to nail all the things I think about every single time is unbelievable.
The part about ending your sentences like a question rather than a full stop was something I struggled with for so long and I was only able to stop doing it on calls with a large audience after coaching, turns out it had to with my confidence that was linked to my self worth and not feeling like I was enough, pretty deep stuff, maybe something you can touch on for others. Then the resting b*** face now that I think about it, I probably do it without realising but when I intentionally smile and come in a good mood everything seems to work out.
