Where do I start, from the detailed step by step work out programme to the focus on nutrition and mental wellbeing, the coaching I have received by Andy has been exceptional. The guidance provided has allowed for me to reach new levels in my fitness as well as move towards my desired physique. I would highly recommend to those wanting to achieve similar goals.
The fittest we've ever been!
My wife and I trained with Andy for over 6 years. At our peak we had sessions twice a week with Andy. What stood out for us was that Andy was able to make the session work for both of us with varying levels of fitness and strength and keep every single session fresh and motivating for all that time. I don't think we've ever been as lean and fit as when Andy was training us. Definitely one of the best PT's we've ever had.

Fantastic coach who delivers results
I've been working with Andy for the last 15 months in which time he has coached me through my first Triathlon, first half-marathon as well as my first serious foray into weight training. He's been incredible throughout, providing insightful analysis and feedback on my questions & videos, which I highly recommend doing to ensure you develop & improve at the pace Andy can get you to.
Andy has evidently spent years building his coaching & personal training knowledge, covering all things training, understanding the human body & particularly dieting, which I found really refreshing rather than just hearing the same old nonsense about eating 3,000 calories or eating less carbs in order to reach your goals.
As I said - Andy delivers results. He helped me to lean up by 3.5 kg's in 12 weeks for my tri & put 3kg's of muscle mass in 12 weeks post my half marathon. Andy is super responsive and his weekly check ins are so useful, an essential part of the program which again helps you get to exactly where you want to be.
