So awesome! Wow!
I am at a loss for words when I checked my weight and metrics and saw numbers, felt changes, that I have not seen for probably 4-5 years! Always said 'I can do it myself', but always ended up heavier and feeling worse than before. Never thought I would benefit, nor would I dream of spending for a coach when I can just download an app. So wrong. I looked at others progress on their IG posts and thought..."Wish that was me" With coach Georgia and Harvey, they are so supportive and understanding, so kind, and will motivate you. Since starting I have seen major improvement on my habits that I just ignore all my life, like my sleep, my food choices, and sedentary life. A big eye opener is the "movement" that one has to do, another is my fatigue: I have given up on it, many doctors can't pinpoint, I've tried many supplements, - until I put two and two together and it was my food choices. I have some food sensitivities. Wow. Never would have realized that until I was consciously tracking my food. Now I improved on my food, putting more veggies and fruits there, less fried - still balanced but more conscious. I am so beyond thankful for their patience and support! This is now a lifestyle for me, not just a quick weight loss for an occasion! Time will pass anyway, so do your workouts, take care of your health. It is a long term investment for the best, and I super recommend them both!
