Lily is the most amazing PT and I absolutely love our sessions! She has massively helped me in building my confidence up in the gym and I have learnt so much since working with her! She is always pushing me hard to achieve my best while at the same time being the most supportive person ever! I honestly could not recommend her enough, you need her in your life!

I couldn’t have asked for more from Lily. She is absolutely everything you need and more when looking for an online coach or a PT.

I was lucky enough to be one of Lily’s first face to face clients and I’m so glad I took the leap. She knows how to keep challenging me and keep me interested whilst also knowing where my limits are and weak spots. I look forward to our sessions every week because even when she is having a bad day, she will brighten yours!

She takes her job very seriously, but she has also become a lifelong friend and someone I wouldn’t be able to live without. Although she started as my PT, she quickly became someone who means the world to me.

She is always encouraging me to try new things, in and out of the gym, and she is that little confidence boost you need when you don’t think you can do it.

As someone who hasn’t been into a gym for a good 3 years before seeing Lily (and someone who only ever went on the treadmill when she did), I had no confidence to use weights or do any kind of lifting for fear of embarrassment and doing it wrong. Within my first 3 weeks with working with Lily, that mindset was completely reversed. I now know that I can walk into a gym and use not only free weights but machines for a multitude of exercises and I am confident with what I am doing.

I owe so much to Lily, and you honestly wouldn’t ever regret signing up for her to be your coach. She will change your life for the better in so many ways!
