Session was insightful but not possible to get 3 high paying offers within a week. The content of the session gave us many significant points to consider but, it is not at par with the promise of getting 3 high paying jobs within a week.

I recently had the opportunity to attend a three-day workshop "Change Job with Super Hikes", and I must say it was an incredibly enriching experience. The workshop was well-structured, with each session designed to build upon the last, creating a cohesive and comprehensive learning journey. The instructor was not only knowledgeable but also engaging, making complex concepts accessible and relatable.

What stood out to me the most was the practical approach taken throughout the workshop. The balance between theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice allowed me to apply what I was learning in real-time, which significantly enhanced my understanding of the subject matter.

I have attended an amazing session with Coach Manju -30 days job change program- and gained a lot of insights and feeling highly motivated indeed. It's a wonderful workshop with lot of details to work on our career growth and it's success. Everything is explained in detail. It's a must attend workshop and one should actually get their one on one guidance meeting as well, this is where we'll know where we are stuck in our career path as the coach finds the issues and points it out!

In these days, all of us are already very much careerist, but many of us are not really knowing what exactly to achieve and how exactly to achieve it fastest. I have 10+ years experience in three big MNCs in India, and currently I work in Germany. Engineering knowledge was not sufficient to achieve this. Coach Manju constantly guided me to set my goals using various scientific techniques and decide the priority and pushed me until I achieve it. In this course, within the first 2 months under his guidance, I achieved 2 of my big goals to sustain in Germany. He knows very well to keep his students focused on current, dynamic industry. Honestly, I am lucky having such a coach in my life.

Its a wholesome course to get the clarity of thought how to get ahead of life.How to set goals .If you really wanted to get the big picture of how to fasttrack your life with respect to corporate world, please do take the course. Its all about how valuable you are to the company, how much the company is getting benefitted you, how to make skills irreplaceable so that the company feel the need to have you in their team.

I was able to get good annual assessment and able to present my work in an internal forum of my company and also my work is being showcased to director of my client company.

These coachings are also helpful on how to handle interview , whats the mindset, how to know what the potential company wants etc. How to maintain body language, how to be more professional. Its a really good course.
