Great investment!

What a great company!! Very responsive to inquiries about my investment with them. The newsletters are very informative and right on point. Scott and Phil are very personable and treat me like a friend, not just an investor.

I have been an investor is CCG for 10+ years.
The fund has always delivered on its claim of a 10% annual ROI. I couldn't be happier with the direction my $$ is going :)

Fast funded and easy to work with.

They are fast, really responsive and answer all questions. I have several SFR Rentals floating and I need quick bridge loan as COVID-19 hit hard. With my credit already wrecked so badly, I thought I had no where to go but I talked to Chris and got funded within several days.
Highly Recommended.
