The experience we had with both the removal and fitting crew was very positive. They were friendly, informative and professional throughout the process, from removing the vast amounts of foam, through timber treatment to fitting the new insulation. I was able to see all stages of the process and everything was explained thoroughly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing foam removal.

Coastal Prime visited, as arranged and a fair price was agreed rapidly.
Three days later, a team of three arrived on schedule and two hours or so later we had the entire interior of the roof fitted with shined new insulation.
The team were a well drilled unit and left no gaps at all. We were and are most impressed.

Everything was straightforward from the first phone call, to Duncan coming to survey the problem, to the men who came to remove the spray foam loft insulation and put in the new mineral wool insulation. The price was reasonable too. All left neat and tidy in the loft and in the part of my home they needed to access. Just some spray foam left outside on the road which went into a neighbour's garden which I needed to pick up. Thank you. I am relieved to have solved the spray foam insulation problem.

The team started work as soon as they arrived, cleaned and cleared up when they were finished. No disturbance to me at all could not have been any better.

They were very good. They arrived before time. They got on with the job in hand. When they finished they cleaned up everything, all left clean and tidy.

The three guys doing the foam removal worked long and hard in cramped conditions on one of the hottest days of the year.
They were quiet and polite and made a good job of clearing up and returning a large number of boxes to the location from which they had removed them in the morning.
They made a very good job of a fairly unpleasant task. Thank you.

They arrived late due to traffic can’t be helped.

Once they got going with the job they absolutely done what they said removed everything from the loft and all in one day I was quite surprised by, thought at least 2 days max. They was ever soo polite and well mannered, family always asking if the guys were okay, said yes and done there thing, can’t fault the guys or the company.

Your workmen were very diligent and hardworking....completing my loft insulation in just one day, although it was after 6pm when they finished. Because my house is of a nowadays unusual design (Chalet Bungalow) it had three loft spaces to be insulated and two of them were very constricted to access.

The work was carried out to a high standard and photos were taken covering all of the installation areas. I am looking forward to my reduced heating bills for the coming winter.
Because the fitting of the new insulation was preceded by the removal of the old 1980s outdated insulation their was quite a mess to clean up. This was done very well.

The service on the day was very good, with three polite and efficient staff.
2 days after their visit there was a small leakage of water from a corner of the loft which lasted a couple of days. My pulmber visited and indicated that all the pipes were dry, but a corner was damp. Had anything been spilt? It's an unsolved mystery.
