Coastal Prime were outstanding — a genuinely excellent company to work with. Their staff were helpful, friendly, and consistently went above and beyond for us. The installation team were a great group of guys: polite, quiet throughout the foam‑removal process, and they left our home immaculate after what is normally a very messy job.

The team that did the installation were prompt. Despite the heat, especially in the loft, they cheerfully got on with the job. At the end they cleared up and left the area tidy. All in all, a nice experience. this also applies to Duncan.

The surveyor was very good and explained the
potential problems we had in the loft with poor insulation having being installed in the 1980,s.
He also explained that this was causing and excess of moisture in the roof timbers which if not addressed would mean a major repair in the future.
He explained the remedy and our options. I opted to use Coastal prime and arrangements were made for the work. The gentlemen who came were efficient and worked hard in very high temperatures .
There was an issue on the second day with their transport which meant they were late arriving through no fault of their own.
They were efficient and cleared up after themselves and took away all of the old insulation which was a messy job. The lead guy was Max who kept me informed of how things were going.
So I am very satisfied with their work. A question I had over a timber treatment is being addressed to ensure that this was also undertaken at the time of the re fit of new insulation material. I would recommend this company if asked.

Contractor arrived on time, very pleasant and friendly. Got “suited up” and straight on with the job and kept at it until completed.
Very impressed with the work ethic of the contractor, his dedication to the task and the fact he bought in a vacuum and cleaned up after job complete.

Removing the spray foam in our loft had been on the list of jobs to do for ages.
The company that installed it no longer exist of course.
The removal took a day and a half as it was done on one of the hottest days of the year. We also opted to have new thermal insulation fitted once the removal was complete. We were originally informed that this would happen on the same day. Maybe due to the heat this didnt happen. A new team came early the next morning ( the previous team had been late due to traffic ) , they were amazing. They finished the removal and installed the new insulation in record time. Very professional.

after having a survey on my loft on 12/06/26 it was found to be in need of repair. Coastal Prime came really quickly to do the job they came on 15/06/26. They were punctual, very polite and courteous. They covered my carpets up to avoid mess. they explained what they were going to do. They took all the mess away. and cleaned my carpets before leaving. The job was all done within one day. I can highly recomend Coastal Prime if you need anything doing in your loft a job well done thank you.

We were very pleased with the recent work carried out in our loft by Colin and Bobby. This was a difficult tiny space to work in but the work was carried out efficiently , to a high standard. The disposal of a huge amount of old foam was well managed and the surrounding area was cleaner than it has ever been!! There was one slight mishap because a recessed light fixture in the ceiling came loose due to pressure from new insulation. We had to get an electrician to reinstall a new light.

The team arrived late due to an incident on the M1. However, I was made aware in a timely manner. When the team arrived, the worked through the day and into the evening to make up time. Returned on day two to complete the work. Again working into the early evening. They cleared up afterwards. Very well done.

Team were polite and worked very hard. I have no complaints.

The guys came and were very polite answered all our questions and cleared everything away after them. Certificates arrived promptly afterwards. We would definitely use coastal prime again.

Very friendly and professional service. The Rep explained simply with his findings what need to be done . Did not pressure for any action but left it to me to decide what’s next .
The two members were respectful discreet and friendly .

The initial phone calls were conducted pleasantly and efficiently. The surveyor Duncan Fraser explained everything very clearly and thoroughly and answered all questions in a straight forward manner. And, the installation was completed on schedule and everything swept clean.

Rep arrived on time inspected the loft explained the alternatives and costs. Agreeded the instalation date and cost, explained the process, on day of insulation crew phoned to confirm arrival time, on arrival fitters introduced themselves and explained the process, started insulation and did not stop until completion keeping us informed of there progress, on completion they invited us to inspect and address any problems if any we found (none) instalation crew were polite,curtious,and hard working and made the process as easy as possible. Very pleased with insulation.

everyone i had contact with was very helpful and polite. they explained what needed to be done in plain english and that helped as to much jargon does my head in. they took photos as they went along and cleared up afterwards. they also took all the stuff out of the loft and put it back,
