Coastal Prime Ltd レビュー

Colin&Bobby were very helpful and told us what they were doing, made sure everything was tidy .we are pleased with what was done .

These guys came out there way to get my loft works done. On the Sunday, as their van broke down on Saturday.Very pleased with the loft foiling blanket job they carried out. They also noticed that I needed a couple of brick vent covers, so they even popped out and bought and fitted them at the same time. Very happy with the work that they carried out.Tidy job all round.

i was pleased to have foam removed from my loft, the men came and it took them eight hours to remove it they worked very well, they left the loft clean and took away the rubbish very good job .

From the first phone call from coastal prime, until after work was done I have been very impressed, Gordon Hill was the first person I saw & having been mislead by another company, he put me at my ease, & the team who installed my loft insulation were brilliant they cleaned up everything & treated me with respect.

An independent inspector looked at the roof space and recommended fitting silvered insulation which would protect the felt as well as retaining heat in the houe. I was told the full cost would be over £6,000, but due to government grants it would cost me £3,150. I was told a team could come the following day, and when I said I had a commitment first thing ion the morning the start was delayed. It felt as though they did not want to give me time to change my mind, a tactic I have encountered from scammers. But a team of three appeared, set to work, and completed the job in seven hours. They were polite and pleasant . They showed me photos of the work they had done. At my request they moved downstairs some boxes we had stored there. One of them slipped on a beam and put his foot through a bedroom ceiling, but he got hold of the necessary materials and did a perfect repair I offered them drinks, bu all they wanted was some water. They put down protective plastic strips, and cleaned up thoroughly when they had finished. Apart from the cost, I was very happy,

We loved the crew that came to do the job, they were conscientious and did not stop;
but we did have to vacuum again after they did, when they left on the 1st day. They very carefully vacuumed the floor but not the walls or ceiling which were also covered in the foam insulation that they were removing. And since they had been wearing masks all day, we were not best pleased to have to clean up further. However when I spoke to the office on the next morning our minor complaint was registered and a further discount given to compensate us. At this point, about a month later we are very happy with the work done.

Delighted with the work, the old fashioned courtesy and politeness of the workmen and for the help, advice and patience of Gordon. Well done!

We had a survey of our roof space by an agent of Coastal Prime and we decided to go ahead with the project.. We are an elderly couple and had a few misgivings about whether we had done the right thing but we needn’t have worried. Pavel and Karukh were excellent. They worked tirelessly for 12 hours and left the site spotless. They were polite and couteous and were a credit to themselves and the company. The result was excellent and we would definitely recommend them and the company to future customers

got on with the job they had to do friendly genuine installers explained what they were going to do and after they had finished the fitting of tne insulation i would recomend them

Great service all the way through the process very polite and freindly

Prompt arrival and speedy completion of job by personable staff. Left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived! Unpleasant environment to work in, transformed into a roof-space which is now clean and better insulated, with the sealed insulating mat attached to the rafters.

The guys working were very respectful and every day left the house very clean. A horrible job but they worked long and hard. Never complained. There was a lot of mess which they loaded in their van every day and disposed of. I would highly recommend this team to work in your home.

The team (led by Jack) turned up on time and because I missed the call from them telling me they were on the way they sent a text message.
I was expecting a 2 day job because I had spray insulation done previously (by another firm) which had blocked the air vents.
They were polite and talked me through what they were doing step by step.
On completion everywhere was left as if they had never been,
Brilliant! I'd recommend them any time.

Considering the type and amount of material that had to be removed my house was left very clean and tidy. The two guys doing the job were polite, friendly and efficient at what they do. I would definitely recommend this company

The work team were very polite and respectful. They did a good job.

I was very happy with the whole experience. The two installers were pleasant and polite and carried out the installation satisfactorily. I discovered a problem with the TV aerial after they had left but this has been resolved by the company offering to reimburse me for the cost of moving the aerial to the garage roof. I am awaiting this payment.

Prompt service, clear information and explanations. Fitters were polite, tidy and efficient.

Jack and Cedad did a wonderful job putting the insulation and flooring down after a bit of a mix up, that’s after the other gang had done a great job installing the insulation to the rafters, everything was done with the upmost respect to my property and all cleaned up afterwards, can’t recommend these people enough for the job they did. Thank you. John

friendly and helpful tradesmen , punctual polite and helpful, I would highly recommend. Clean and tidy, and plenty of attention to detail. My house looks great and has been given a new lease of life.

I had foam insulation removed and new insulation installed. I was pleased that an error was dealt with and sorted quickly, and the final job was as I hoped. The workers were polite and worked constantly. They cleaned up the inevitable mess from the foam removal afterwards.
