I have never been treated with utmost disrespect then I was with Coast to Coast Van Lines Inc. from their "closer" who came to the pick up my stuff...in Colorado..his name was "Sergio" couldn't understand half of the things he said, he spoke so fast and I couldn't read most of what he wrote on all the paperwork. He was so rude called me a "liar" I'm a 65 year-old woman on my own. I was in business 30 years and I still was never treated with such disrespect as he did, I had certain items in my contract with my moving brokers... very much there. He told me "I don't read those contracts" I was never told it would be a problem to have clothes bags.. nice stackable bags with clothes and he flipped a wig charged me $100 for one box to put them all in and then upped my price to over 130 CF's than originally agreed upon. My move that was a $1900 job in the beginning cost me $3200. I had only a 5x10x8 storage unit. He knew he had me. He had my stuff and he knew it ! Do NOT use Coast to Coast Van Lines especially if you see a mean guy named Sergio.... a big guy...run fast.

I Was moving from Florida to North Carolina as a single women I was nervous after hearing about others moves, however this company was amazing and very professional, The movers came in explained the process to me and immediately got to work on loading my stuff. When they delivered my things they came in put the furniture where I wanted it to be and put the boxes in the rooms labeled.
