This company is a scam! The website is a spoof! If you want to lose your money send it to them. You have been warned! Do not trust Cocateabox!

Okay so I ordered about $100 worth of coca tea of this website and they never replied to any of my messages but I did end up receiving the package after a month or so. Sketchy site but they did deliver at the end of the day. If you choose their free shipping option you will have no idea where or how long it’s going to take for your package to arrive because it states you won’t have a tracking number.

They take the money and run.

These guys are scammers, don't waste your cash.

SCAMMED! Order placed late December 2023. A month goes by, no update, I contact the seller and he responds that he forgot to ship it...o...k? Fine. It's coming from Peru, so I figured there'd be a wait and was very nice and understanding. Another month goes by, it's been sitting in customs for weeks...no update. Don't know what happened at that point, but it disappeared. I told the seller and he said that he claimed it would take some time for them to process it and it should be with the USPS now, and maybe they forgot to add a tracking or something. Yeah ok...I was once again nice and understanding, I never orderd something from Peru before, so I just accepted what he was saying.

IT IS NOW GOING ON MAY 2024! I'VE BEEN WAITING 4 MONTHS. The seller has not replied to my last 3 messages so I'm going to claim fraud and leave as many negative reviews as possible.

I understand the package may have been lost, but you can at least have the decency to respond to your customers. I've been trying to contact you for the past week now! Where is my package? Where is the tracking number? Where is your response? Or, where is my money?
