I bought a seed vibrator a paddle and some lube and to be honest they were all overpriced! But it was the smell of the seed which was vile even after washing it in toy cleanser! So I wrote to Coco De Mer and lo and behold never heard from them. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
I have to take back some of this review although the seed is not usable. Ellie from customer services did get back to me after explaining my email got lost in the junk file for awhile, and swiftly and pleasantly turned me into a happy customer. So for that reason I have increased their rating.

If you're buying as a gift in advance, be careful about the returns policy. If the item isn't returned within a short period of time, you won't be able to get a refund or store credit. Just binned a set of unworn items.

Honestly they made me feel extremely comfortable and helped me out so much since its my first time in a store like this

I was skeptical when I read the negative reviews but I had a more than satisfactory experience with Coco de Mer and found their customer service team extremely thoughtful and helpful. Ordering online I wasn’t sure on my sizing as a first time customer so I rang them up and their team assisted me in finding my size and recommended to me lingerie styles that would suit my body type. They did not disappoint! Everything fit perfectly and it is so beautifully made and I feel amazing in it!

Sorry to say, that if something is as expensive as lingerie from Coco de Mer one can expect both sides of a bra to be exactly the same. Which unfortunately this is not the case. Since it was an international shipment no chance of returning the item. I guess it might have been deliberately since they know I cannot do anything about it. But what a stupid thing to do as a shop.

Bought a lovely toy (£130!!!) which worked well for 18 months and then not.
Customer services are rubbish, they don’t care and take no responsibility.
Would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND as their stuff is too expensive and not worth it.
The ONE email I received was not helpful and although I appreciate the polite telephone conversation the very expensive toys should be made to last longer or given a longer warranty, as indeed some companies do when they believe in their products

Items are nicely made but the returns process is made so difficult one wonders if it’s deliberate to avoid refunds. It’s definitely out me off buying again.

Bad customer care and unclear returns policy. I would not advise buying online as items are impossible to return. A very disappointed and dissatisfied customer. I will not be buying anything from Coco de mer in future.

I ordered the Georgina vibrator for my wife and the first one sent didn't work at all - battery wouldn't charge. After a bit of emailing with their Customer Service, they reluctantly agreed to exchange, even though the toy had obviously never worked!
2 years later, without any great use (maybe charged 15 times) the same issue with the battery. They are not interested in exchanging it, not even prepared to take a look and see if it is a faulty battery. Just said that batteries will fail after this amount of time (really??) and as it is over 1 year guarantee will not exchange, even though it's an obvious product fault. Very poor product (especially for the exorbitant price) and poor attitude in service on both occasions too. Won't be buying from them again.

Whatever I order, it’s always prompt and perfectly packaged. Love the boutique too… decadent.. just like their additions to the bedroom

Great experience. I accidentally bought an item twice thinking they were different. Coco de mer rep responded within an hour of sending my email. They corrected my order and and gave me a refund before the end of business day

A little more care in wrapping the items would not hurt.
Even though I purchased a gift box, I m not able to use it.
It came broke, which made me a little unhappy, as I wanted for my partner to enjoy the full experience, unboxing included
