More than a supplier

We have been working with Cocoa Supply for years and their product quality and service have been top notch. Moreover, their education and supporting effort for the bean to bar craft chocolate community is the greatest among all cacao product suppliers in the U.S.. I learnt so much from them. For us, Cocoa Supply is more than a supplier; they are our growth partner.

I ordered 15 kg cocoaliquor for making chocolate but it was so acidic that is impossible to use it for food. I contacted them to exchange it for something else. They don't even bother to answer...

Acidity levels in single-origin cacao liquor can vary naturally depending on the origin, fermentation profile, and processing, and we always want to make sure our customers have the right product for their specific application. As it is a NATURAL cacao product with minimal processing, you might find the sharper notes than the regular mass produced blends in the market.
