SCAM!!!! They don't give your dress on time and when you ask for your money back, they say you can only get 30% back. That is how they make their money. Total SCAM!!!

Do not purchase from this company they have horrible customer service. False advertising the product pictured is not what they try to send and canceling the order is a hassle even when they haven’t even started on the dress they come with more excuses then ways to fix and guarantee what is pictured is what you will get! They also push back about refund this is a horrible company

If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They sent me a dress that looks NOTHING like the online photo. Terrible quality. Best part is they refuse to refund me for the dress. Scammy, cheap, terrible customer service.

My experience with this company has been extremely negative due to their misleading refund policy, refusal to honor quality issues, and lack of transparency.
Their refund policy is worded in a contradictory and vague way that allows them to selectively enforce it. On their website, they state that if a customer simply decides they do not like a dress and there is no quality issue, a 50% restocking fee applies. However, they also state that custom or made-to-order items are returnable if there is a quality problem. Despite this clearly written exception, Coco’s Bride repeatedly attempted to offer refund amounts that do not exist anywhere in their policy, refusing to apply their own terms correctly.
In my case, the issue was not preference — the item I received had a clear and significant quality defect. The dress I received looks nothing like the dress shown in their listing photos. The difference is so extreme that it would be laughable if it weren’t so disappointing. The fabric is extremely cheap, flimsy, and poorly constructed. Threads and stitching are already coming loose, the fabric sheds and separates, and the item is not wearable. The photos on their website do not represent the actual product sent to customers.
I provided clear photographic evidence showing the defects and the drastic difference between the advertised item and what I received. Instead of addressing the quality issue, the company repeatedly deflected, reused scripted responses, and attempted to force a partial refund that is not supported by their own written policy.
Another major concern is review suppression. I attempted to leave a factual, polite review on their website describing my experience — similar in tone to this review — and it was never published. Coco’s Bride does not appear to allow honest reviews through their platform and instead selectively displays reviews that benefit them. This further reinforces the lack of transparency in how they operate.
Fortunately, I paid using Klarna, which allowed me to dispute the transaction. I submitted documentation including screenshots of Coco’s Bride’s own refund policy and photos clearly showing the defects. My payments are currently paused while Klarna completes their review process.
Coco’s Bride has worded their policies in a way that they believe gives them discretion to deny refunds; however, the way their policy is actually written works in the customer’s favor. The vague and contradictory language makes it clear that items with quality issues are eligible for return, which they continue to ignore.
Based on my experience, this company is not trustworthy. The products do not match their photos, quality issues are dismissed, refunds are arbitrarily limited, and honest reviews are not allowed.
I would never purchase from Coco’s Bride again and strongly advise others to avoid this company entirely.

I had a great experience with this website. I was iffy since I haven’t heard much of it but I emailed them with some concerns about how to track packages and they were very quick to reply and keep me updated. I placed my order on the 10th of January and got it delivered on the 4th of February and the dress is absolutely beautiful. Only thing I would say is I need to get the waist tailored since the xs is still too loose on me, but you can do custom sizing on the website I just didn’t go that route.

My experience with this company was great, before ordering I contacted Emily to make sure that the delivery times are correct since I had little time for my wedding and I didn't know if they would get to make it and send it on time, they always responded and kept me informed of how the shipment came. The quality of the dress is excellent, the details, the fit is all beautiful, I really appreciate that you have been part of my happy day.

I ordered a wedding dress from Cocos Bride based on the photos and size chart shown on their website. Unfortunately, the dress I received was not as described. The structure and silhouette did not match the listing photos, the fit was incorrect, and the dress would not zip despite being ordered according to their sizing guide.

I contacted customer service immediately and was offered a small alteration reimbursement instead of a return and refund. This was not a reasonable solution, as the issues were related to overall construction, fit, and misrepresentation - not minor alterations.

After clearly declining alterations and requesting a return and full refund, I followed up via both email and WhatsApp and received no response.

This experience was extremely disappointing, especially given that this was a wedding dress purchase. I would strongly caution other brides against ordering from this company, as the product did not match expectations, and customer service was unresponsive when a resolution was requested.

I got my dress today! It is so beautiful and great quality. I received it sooner than estimated which is great. This is the first time I ordered from CoCosBride, bit believe me, it will be the last time!

Do not risk it!! Order from another company!
This company is absolute trash. Without going into all of the details, I’ll just say this: I did receive a very pretty dress that fit very well. I do think the sewing on the sequins was not up to par, though. Just taking the dress out of the bag and the sequins were falling off.
However, I had a massive issue with the timing and delay which cost me not receiving the dress on time for my event even after paying for an expedite order and shipping. Trying to work with this company was a joke. They do not care if you’re satisfied or happy or if any wrong doing on their end. They go very long times with no response. I was offered a very low refund multiple times to then not receive any refund each time… just a joke and massive waste of time and money.

If you don’t run into any issues, you’ll probably receive an okay dress. However if you have any problems with your order, you’re screwed! Don’t risk it and just go with a reliable and legit company.

A total Scam. Misrepresentation. The dresses looks nothing as the pictures shown. Total trash.

OMG! My dress is so BEAUTIFUL and I LOVED it and so did the girls that seen it when I tried it on. It fit absolutely PERFECT. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! I got my dress on time and ordered it custom fit!!!!!!!! Now I'm excited about my big day!
