I found the variety of colours…

I found the variety of colours available for the hooded sweatshirt really helpful. The price is very reasonable in comparison to other stores which is wonderful.

The online shopping process was really simple and did not take much time at all.

A new way of shopping, dropshipping

I am new to dropshipping as a business model, which Coco&Sydney appears to be. Coco&Sydney provided quick replies to me after I ordered a $100.00 black jacket - a bargain - but the whole process was "clunky". I got messages that my item was on its way only to be told that it was held up. In the end, the item was indeed on its way, but the company's emails did not seem to know that Australia Post had the jacket. My feeling is that Coco&Sydney is on a learning curve. They clearly have access to some interesting outlets - so be adventurous. Mark

Avoid this jacket: Randy Men's Hooded Winter Jacket

Avoid this jacket. I would not recommend the Randy Men's Hooded Winter Jacket from CocoSydney, nor any of the other shopfronts selling the same product. For AUD$193, I expected much better quality than what was delivered. The sizing was disappointing - the Large size was much smaller than expected, both in overall fit and jacket length. Unfortunately, it did not represent good value for money and did not meet my expectations, especially as it was a birthday gift for my son.
