Last year, I was applying for a position at an amazing Italian tech startup. I truly loved the company, but unluckily I was rejected at the final step.

I came across The Senior Dev a couple of years ago and was hooked right away. The technical quality of the material is outstanding, and it goes far beyond just theory: you actually apply what you learn through exercises, workshops, and real development. There are also a few mindset modules that help reinforce the vision of what it means to think like a Senior developer, which nicely complements the technical side.

This program is not magic, and it’s not about cramming information. It’s about doing the work: workshops, assignments, and real coding. You have to put in the effort and stay disciplined, otherwise you won’t move forward. I’ve personally been inconsistent — it’s been two years and I still haven’t finished, entirely my responsibility. But every time I return to it, I feel excited again because the material and support are excellent. If you have the will and the drive, I totally recommend it.

I first came across this program in 2021 when I was working full-time for a small start up as an Implementation Engineer and making $85k/yr (US east coast salary). The most important thing I got out of the course was the winner mentality which is so crucial as a developer where most people undervalue their skillset. I was able to negotiate a freelance web design deal for $5k and increase my salary by $45k at 23 years old.

If the money is an issue for you, the only thing I'd say is that there is a reason why the most successful people spend tens or hundreds of dollars on couching / courses throughout their lifetime.
