Always great coffee at good prices arrives in a timely manner so when I open my last bag I can order some new coffee with the expectation that the beans will arrive well in advance of my last cup.

The handwritten notes with every order are also a great touch

Nice website, easy to order and fast delivery. The best thing was the hand written note thanking me for the purchase. Finally, the coffee is delicious. 5 Stars!

Great service from ordering to delivery

The scent of the both the conditioner and the body lotion is lovely, which makes them very enjoyable to use! It's great that they are cruelty-free, as well. They were packaged really well, everything was recyclable, and they arrived faster than I expected.

wonderful personal service with handwritten card, a special coffee "newspaper" and lots of info. very quickly delivered and the coffee is absolutely delicious. have ordered twice now and will order more. especially as it supports small growers and independent roasters.

Well it only seems right I finally get around to leaving the Coffee bean shop team a review, considering I have been a customer for about 5 years now. 2 years of that have been on their coffee subscription - as I got into a relationship and my partner is equally as obsessed with their coffee as I have been, so distaster would strike if we were to run out.

As my first paragraph probably already has given away, we are big fans. The service, delivery, the product,.. its all outstanding. We love reading the handwritten notes. (glad to hear you were all equally obsessed with the latest Bridgerton season as I was).

We are especially fond on the Columbian Bucaramanga. It’s what we would imagine crack would taste like (sorry) and what has caused me to call the team up several times to bring our subscription delivery forward. It is that popular here in our household of 2. Seriously.

You are all doing great and we are 2 happy customers who are always looking forward to our new order (please recommend us some other crops because the bucaramanga addiction is getting out of hand)

Easy to order and great descriptions of the different types of coffee on offer. Order received promptly and was beautifully packaged with a lovely card and news sheet again telling us more info. This was part of a gift of goodies and the recipient loved them, it was a joy to open and was obvious the care taken to deliver a quality product. A nice touch was the addition of a sample pack of beans. A great experience all round and love supporting independent family business .. worth paying that bit extra and would recommend.
