Ordered on 7th July 2026 & paid for express delivery - finally delivered 19th July 2 years out of date items! Chased numerous times no response. AVOID at all costs - they are scamming people.

Brilliant service!
I've bought pods from this company a few times now and felt I had to leave a review.
I can't fault them. Upon receiving my first order, I had a slight issue, this was dealt with very quickly. I've had no problems since whatsoever. I wouldn't order from anyone else. Great prices and super fast delivery. Coffees that I've ordered have all been lovely as have the milk pods. I've just taken delivery of another box full! Very happy to recommend!

Missing a box of drinks, but there is no easy way to be able to contact them.
I'm happy to change this review, although this is the first I have heard from you. Yes your email is on the shop page, but I have not been able to contact you through this. However in light of your response, I am more than happy to change my review to a 5* one.

You contacted us on Saturday via email, and we responded saying we'd get the missing box out to you ASAP.
It's been sent first thing this morning.
Our email address and phone number are all on our website and this is your 5th order with us, we haven't made any mistakes before and you've never reviewed us before.
I really don't know what more we could have done!

I feel a 1 star review is slightly harsh here 😞
You ordered right before the Easter bank holiday and chose our standard delivery, a timeframe we advise of 3-5 working days. Yes, Royal Mail did leave your parcel at their distribution centre, for some unknown reason, but you submitted this review, and your claim for a refund from Clearpay on the same day, that day being the 5th working day. It's a shame you submitted both this review and then the claim in-between talking to us, as we had managed to get hold of your parcel and would've tried to make the situation right.

Not good customer service
Ordered some pods when arrived milky way pods were 6 months out of date, dated 26 June 2023. I sent an email to them to tell them about this and sent photographic proof. But I have never had a reply. Any business knows that customer service is key. Very poor.

Quick despatch and as described only let down by Royal Snail Mail lying about an attempted delivery ( no card left) and delaying the delivery by another 48hours SAT and Sun.
