It's a scam - avoid CoFoundersLab.com do not provide credit card details!

The site was very poorly designed, implemented and is heavily bugged with no site adminstration.
The site messaging system is extremely basic and it's support is non-existent.
Overall It's an elaborate scamming ecosystem set by group of so called "investors" and "cofounders" whom initially will push sides interested fundraising /cofounding to subscribe to a premium account which charges 3x of what they advertise (with no monthly notifications or invoices) and then as you initiate interacting on the site messaging system - this flags you/ connects you to other scamming investors asking you to subscribe 30k USD$ for non-guaranteed introductions.
Please avoid at all costs providing your credit card details and beware they make it impossible unsubscribing from that "service".

Dead company, takes card details for trial but offers no way to cancel and doesn't respond to emails. Really evil old school scam type company.

The second I log in, the site crashed. And I couldn't log back in. What a fragile site. I have pictures to show the crashed page, but couldn't upload here.

I'm sorry to have to give a negative review for CoFounderslab, but I had a terrible experience with this platform.

Firstly, my trial period ended without any warning. I did not receive any notification that my trial period was ending, and as a result, I was charged the monthly subscription fee without my consent.

Secondly, I decided to cancel my subscription after this first bad experience, but I continued to be charged on my credit card. I sent several messages to CoFounderslab's customer service, but never received any response. This situation didn't caused significant financial discomfort but left me with a very poor impression of the service offered by CoFounderslab.

In conclusion, I DO NOT recommend CoFounderslab to anyone. The customer service is terrible and their billing system is equally bad. I hope this review can help others avoid a similar situation.

This is scam service. They have illegally made 4 withdrawals on my debit card since November 2022, when in fact I had requested to cancel the service before the end of the free-trial period.

Since then, impossible to communicate with their team.

In order to stop this scam, I had to cancel my debit cart with my bank and order a new one.

Account broken, not able to log in nor reset password, not getting notifications or the message when users contact me — they just know I don't write back
I'm not getting support, and I tried for months. On top of it, the platform is not complying with EU customer protection legislation.

I found a potential CMO for my startup and also another lady helped me with my taxes. Super handy!!

The platform does not remind subscribers at each monthly billing cycle and they hide their cancellation request option. Then, when you get the link from them to cancel they run through an obstacle course. One of the most scam like experiences I've had in quite some time.

Horrible service! Their cancellation process for premium DOES NOT WORK. Ive been charged 4 months in a row after cancellation! Extremely poor customer service.

Once you sign up to this website you will not be able to delete your account. They are not contactable; the contact email provided does not even exist anymore and they don't replay to messages sent via the contact form. They have been illegally taking money from my account for over 3 months after I asked them to cancel my account.

They updated their look but I can't seem to update or view my profile on mobile. Desktop is a better experience.

I made the mistake of trying out the premium account for three months before I checked who was running the site. My fault for not doing my due diligence, so I'll eat that.

However, within a week or two of receiving messages from scammer profiles and seeing the lack of activity on the site, I cancelled my subscription.

I also took a screenshot of the 11-8-2021 cancellation acknowledgement because anybody with any character and integrity would have already shut down the billing system on this failed platform.

As I suspected, as of March 13, 2022, my account is still active as a premium member.

I tried to go through the cancellation process again, but they've changed it and made it much more difficult to make it through the process. In addition, their in-platform communication system doesn't work, and neither does their contact email when you try to email them outside the system.

In fact, if you try to click on any of the "team" profiles, they come up blank; except for Joshua Wenner the lead hack of the platform.

While Wenner keeps his dead cofounderslab platform's billng system on, he's off on the "bearded veteran" kick offering "Emotional Resilience Training (ERT):"

Maybe Wenner thinks he came up with a new business model by generating, fraudulent, residual income off of dead platforms.

Update:

1. I just got an "undeliverable" error message in response to the email I sent, so their contact email doesn't work either.

2. I contacted Wenner about his lack of ethics, and his response was "I left cofounferslab two years ago but still run their pitch practices. I’m not president anymore."

I am receiving spam emails from this source. I looked them up to see what it was.

Really bad site. Got contacted by two complete weirdos telling me their parters had cheated them and could I advise them. Actually a really disturbing experience. I deleted my account immediately.

Nothing but abusive communication and scammers. Full on troll farm, and the management seems to be ok with it. You WILL NOT receive any legit investment offer through this platform. Do not send any ideas, private or sensitive information to people on this platform, they are trolls looking to scoop up your good ideas. This company is essentially a scam.
