The owner of this company is an Indian running several scams and fake contracts. They are targeting unsuspecting individuals to swindle them. This company is associated with DAAP Inc and Foundersol. They are all connected. Don't deal with them. Fraud

I am sharing my experience so that other developers and contractors have visibility before working with organizations connected to this leadership network.

In February 2026, development work was completed under a written agreement for projects associated with the FounderSol / Get Startified platform. Payment for the completed work was communicated as due on February 28, 2026.

As of now, the agreed payment has not been released.

During the period following project completion, several concerning changes occurred:

• access to project environments used for development was removed
• previously active communication channels became inactive
• the original payment timeline was later extended significantly beyond the agreed date

Because of the lack of resolution, multiple contractors involved in the same project are documenting the situation and exploring appropriate regulatory channels.

This post is not intended as speculation but as a record of a professional experience involving completed work and unresolved payment.

SCAM. This company is associated with DAAP Inc and Foundersol. Owned and run by one scammer guy named Karthik who offers fake employment contracts under DAAP Inc. and runs scams all over. DON'T deal with them, deal at your own risk

Potential clients and partners should exercise extreme caution when dealing with Cognatrix Information Technology Private Limited (CIN: U72200TG2016PTC102680).

This entity is the parent organization for 'DaaP Inc,' a brand it uses to contract developers who are subsequently left unpaid. Despite Cognatrix's own website explicitly listing DaaP as its AI solutions arm, management has used a cycle of rebranding—from DaaP to 'Foundersol' and now 'CS2RAFFLE'—to evade outstanding financial liabilities for work completed in February 2026.

When contractors request their legally owed compensation, the 'Legal Team' responds with aggressive intimidation tactics and threats of reporting to government agencies like CBP. Factual evidence of these unpaid debts and the direct link between Cognatrix and DaaP has been provided to the relevant labor authorities. Do not engage with this Hyderabad-based firm or its directors (Srivalli Evani and karthik Uppuluri) until all professional debts are settled.
