Cognivolt is a three in one medical SaaS: an ambient AI scribe, clinical decision support, and an EMR. It listens to the consultation as it happens - in the room or over video - and writes the clinical note in the format the clinician already uses: SOAP, DAP, BIRP, or a template the practice defines itself. From that same consultation it also codes the visit with ICD-10 and CPT, ranks differentials against documented diagnostic criteria, references clinical guidelines, and checks allergies and drug interactions against fixed, versioned reference tables. Coding and guidance stay locked until the clinician confirms the diagnosis, so nothing is written on a diagnosis nobody actually made. And it does not forget the patient. Every visit files into a record that opens again at the next appointment, so the second consultation starts where the first one ended. Built by a practising doctor, for clinicians across all specialties - from psychiatry and psychology to cardiology, dermatology and general practice. Every note is checked against what was actually said before the clinician sees it. Nothing is added that was not said, and nothing said is quietly dropped.
