Not used the coils yet but they arrived very quickly, the website is clear and easy to use, after vaping and making coils myself for over 12 years now these look excellent and as I haven't the time to make my own I'm happy to purchase quality hand made items such as these Cheers.

as always an excellent product from Coilsbyscott. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my coils.

Have ordered coil by Scott coils a couple of times now and the only complaint I have with the coils is that I never order more of them in one hit (although if taken care of so last a decent amount of time) what started off as just ordering a few for when I couldn't be bothered to do my own coils is now my go to. Last order there was a bit of a mix up with a wrong e liquid being sent out (very similar bottle so easy mistake to make) and without fuss they sent a replacement out of the quick one with very quick delivery like normal. For me a indicator of a decent company is not that they never make mistakes but how they handle it when a mix up is made and coils by Scott handled it very well.

Top marks for service and product. really happy with everything and will be back to purchase more.

So I made an order couple weeks ago and was looking at the tracking and it said return to sender. After contacting local office we realized that local format is layed out a lil different being in a different country and all so messed it up. So I contacted Scott and explained what happened and offered paying any additional shipping charges. His customer service was on point with a quick response and also covered any additional fees. Even with some follow up questions the response was quick. Superb customer service.
