I am writing to request urgent support regarding a top-up I made to the Hoobuy platform through CoinPal on February 25, 2026. Due to a technical oversight, the transfer of 40.87398904 USDT was sent via the BSC (Binance Smart Chain) network instead of the Ethereum or Tron networks.
The transaction was successfully completed on the blockchain, as proven by TxID: 0xbc7fd3ab802c166c02ad98f3ed8ecefd086509238ac7a25058bb8127cf33aa4b. The funds left my Binance wallet (Hot Wallet 12) and were sent to the following destination address: 0x08962155E89c4fB121Ffc8723694a2393f343191.
Despite the network confirmation (Block 83379199), the balance has not yet been credited to my Hoobuy account (User ID: 0R7eK2BE).
I understand there was an error in the network selection, but since the destination address belongs to your system and the transaction is verifiable on the BSC network, I kindly ask the technical support team to intervene, locate these funds, and manually credit them or issue a refund. I look forward to a transparent solution so I can continue using your services
