I want to give some feedback to the entire team at Coinpanda after having some serious struggles with my tax reporting this year. First of all, and maybe the most important part, is how helpful their support is (both Ruben and Eric) in the chat. No matter how many questions I ask they are always there to help. It really feels as though they really care about their customers (can't say the same about other tax services).

My main struggles in the past have been related to getting all my historical transactions imported from both CEXes and my on-chain wallets. I used Cointracker in the past, but after seeing how much easier it was to import my data to Coinpanda, I decided to give it a serious try. And what a night and day difference!! Except a few issues with CSV files that failed (they fixed it shortly after), I have now after almost 4 weeks been able to achieve close to 100% accuracy for my entire crypto history dating back to 2022.

I honestly don't understand why not more people talk about Coinpanda, but I can highly recommend giving it a try to anyone else. There is no payment required to test out all the features, so you only need to pay before downloading the tax reports.

I decided switching to Coinpanda from another tax provider this year. The overall platform is very user-friendly and supports all exchanges and blockchains that exist. The tax report is very accurate and I couldn't be more happy!!

I have been using Coinpanda for the last three years and been very happy with the experience overall. They seem to always be the first to support new blockchains and the support team is always available to answer all my questions!!

Looking forward to getting my 2025 taxes done again this year!

Hello I was contacted by Anthony Kurth claiming to be a account manager with coin panda. I was informed that I have money in Blockchain and they could transfer it to my bank account but blockchain requires a security one time deposit of $1900 dollars to be put into my crypto wallet so that they could send to blockchain to release the funds . I did send 1000 dollars but then the bank cancelled the payment . Has anybody else heard of this person and had a similar experience and is the Legitimate

I received a phone call from these people they said that I had nearly 2k in bitcoin and what did I want to do with it. Once again I explained that we left a family member in our home for a few days they put £450 into something they saw on ITV. They were severly told off and is paying the money back. The person on the phone knew about this even before I started I am getting at least 6-10 calls a day from call centres I am going insane I block I report but nothing stops them from getting through. I am disabled and my GP and careers ring me so I have to answer the calls. PLEASE is there a way to finaly tell these people I AM NOT INTERESTED. It was wrong when the family member did it they are paying the price. In one phone call a chap was effing at me shouting at me and I had a panic attact.I recently received a phone call from individuals claiming that I had nearly £2,000 in Bitcoin, asking what I wanted to do with it. I once again explained the situation: a family member who temporarily stayed in my home foolishly invested £450 in something they saw on ITV. They have since been reprimanded and are working to pay that money back.

What astonishes me is that the caller appeared to know all about this, even before I could explain. I am inundated with 6 to 10 calls a day from relentless call centers, and it is becoming unbearable. I block and report the numbers, but nothing prevents them from getting through.

As someone who is disabled, I must answer calls from my GP and caregivers, making it impossible to ignore these intrusive calls. I urgently need a way to assertively communicate that I am not interested. It was an unfortunate mistake when my family member made that investment, and they are already facing the consequences. Just recently, one caller shouted at me, using abusive language, which triggered a panic attack. Same scam as the others. £250 invested without my knowledge years ago now worth more than 1 BTC. Account frozen. Pay £500 to unlock. Sending email with details. Provided password to login to my account!

Coinpanda’s tax software onboarding emails were also helpful, though I’m verifying one cautiously due to my experience. Their professionalism and rapid responses via email and live chat make them a trusted ally for crypto users. Highly recommended for their integrity and dedication!

this company call me and said i have 100K bitcoin is frozen, but i never invest in bitcoin. i think they buy my data from other company so that they can have my name, phone and email correctly.

I have just been called by a company called bitcoin.com claiming that they have an account in my name that they have blocked because someone has been trading under my name without my permission. She claims there was approx £91’000 worth of bitcoin in this account and did I want to close the account and claim it back in my own name. She told me to go to coin panda.com but whilst she was talking I was researching them and found the other reviews that confirmed my suspicions that they were fake and after having been scammed before I’m ultra vigilant now.

So if you get a similar call just hang up as I believe it’s just another scam!!!

SCAM please read below.
Received a call today saying that my account that was opened nearly 2 years ago will be closed down and as it has nearly £93,000 did I want that to happen. I told them that the whole thing was a scam and didn’t believe her so the woman on the other end of the phone said it is legit I will send you an email with proof of your funds. Said do it, in the email gave a log in to get into my so called account. I had to send money over to reopen my account but that would be returned to me once the account was unlocked. Told her I would have to think about it and ended the call. Checked on trust pilot and loads of people have posted on about this company saying SCAM so stay away.

This company will scam you! I requested a refund because their service does not support several cryptocurrencies that their website showed were supported. The company refused my refund request and stated its anti-consumer refund policy. I'm now out 100+ dollars! Do not use this service; go with the many other, more trusted ones.

Do I have any money in my account with coinpanda??
I have been contacted by someone which is not a first time but different person each time every three and/or six month that I have x y z value amount of money in my coinpanda account which is from 000 bit coins bought in 2019. however, since then I lost account detail and too busy with life going back on it. as over covid back in 2020 I had tragic in my family loosing my dad and my young sister.
it is being more than two years I do receive these calls that saying I have 000 bit coins valued at nearly 100k! however, I was told that the account has been frozen and I need to deposit £500 to activate the account in order to withdraw the value I have there in the account?! I logged in into coinpanda and I can see the the balance £93000. However, doe not show if it is real account or not. can anyone help by telling is is a scam? can I trust Coinpanda?

S c ammers thieves faked an atomic wallet

I applied for a lifetime access to coinpanda services, but what I received was a lifetime access to the documents related to a single tax year for my crypto assets allocation.

I asked for a refund since I didn't need a single year, I needed five and couldn't pay 5 times the cost of the service. I received nothing back and didn't use any of the service I paid for. Wasted money, quite sad. They didn't understand my situation. People should know how it works, be advised.

Premièrement, le logiciel de Coinpanda fournit des données qui ne sont pas bonnes puisque lorsqu'on les saisit ensuite pour faire sa déclaration de revenus cryptos, cela donne un résultat complètement absurde.
Deuxièmement, quand j'ai fait part de ces problèmes, j'ai eu affaire à un support technique soit incompétent ou qui essayait de gagner du temps...
Troisièmement, quand j'ai demandé à être remboursé compte tenue de qualité du service, ils ont tout simplement refusé.
J'ai rarement eu une expérience comme celle-ci avec une entreprise. A mon avis, ils ne vont pas durer longtemps sur le marché. Par contre, en attendant, ils vont continuer d'arnaquer quelques pauvres âmes. Passez votre chemin, il y a plein d'autres solutions qui offre un service de qualité.

I signed in to Coinpanda and connected to my broker. Coinpanda showed the wrong info, it showed I have millions of dollars that are not actually in my account. I fould another tax provider that works perfectly and went with them instead. When I tried contacting Coinpanda about a refund they were very hostile and condecending. Claiming nothing is wrong with their service. I am getting rude messages with technical details that are irrelevant to my case. Find another provider!

I've been more than happy with Coinpanda, they support even the most obscure portfolio tracker that I used to use. When there's questions the support staff delivers, if you ask kindly and nice you get a discount :-)

I got in touch with them as I received an email saying that an account was created with my email address, which was not me. I reached their support team and they immediately told me "It's deleted". Then they said "I could see that the account creation was not completed, that's why it could not be deleted". After I made it clear that I do not want my email address in their system, they said "I just told you it is deleted. One day later.... I receive YET ANOTHER email asking if I am doing well on the platform. All along the way they have been telling me my email could have been leaked and scammers are trying to get money from me. At this point I think you are the culprit.

I can’t withdraw my money from coinpanda.iO. I’ve got 100.000 money on it and it’s on hold. Bummer I can’t send you guys a screenshot. They are telling me that I need to put 500 euro first before I can withdraw 100.000 that’s very strange.
1 euro should be enough if they want to verify me.

I told them that I forgot my password of Coinpanda that men who I had on the phone sended me my password trough my email. Weird.

But still in the app on website there is nowhere where I can find withdrawal my money.

I believe that Coinpanda.iO is a scam, no way I need to deposit 500 euro to get my money back.

I will let you guys know how it ended and I hope I get my money back.

Cause if I don’t… you guys should know that the reviews that are written is fake I believe the imployees are writing fake reviews.

I have been using Coinpanda for two years now, and it's in my opinion THE best crypto tax service you can find today. They have really stepped up the game with their DeFi and blockchain support the last year and no other competitors come close. I always get help from their support when needed.

The only thing that could be improved is make the calculations complete faster, so hopefully the team will prioritize this in the future. In general I highly recommend using Coinpanda, but you should first see if they support the blockchains and exchanges you have used before deciding :)
