on 22 januari, a player won thousands of dollars in DOT.
so he dropped rain and about 10 of players got 100 dollar.
after a 6 hours they cancelled allwithdrawals and took every drop back from the players.
the only thing they say is :
Due to the wrongly given rain drops the withdrawals were canceled and the funds received from the drops were deduced. Unfortunately we can’t give any additional information on this case. Our tech team will fix negative balances shortly.

Soon as I win some decent money suddenly can not log back in to my account been constantly messaging 24/7 support team and they are useless it's been 2 months now and I keep getting the same reply. Very bad experience from this scam site, don't play on this site anyone. After I had won some sume they asked me to verify my account. I had verify my account by thei program( they has a program for verifying you automatically) they wrote to me that it was 1 stage of verification and will be 2 and they need not more then 48 hours and they will answer to me on my e-mail. After 60 hours I didn't get any answer and I wtote to their and they answered that they need 15 days more for checking and verifying my account. I don't understand how their program had verifyed me, but some people from their company not yet and also I don't understand what they will check? and why they need 15 days more? Scam site don't recommended to anyone.
After 3 weeks they closed my account and my money was stolen. They wrote a few general rules that I didn't break, I didn't even understand why they did it. I am very angry!!!

The main reason that made me quit this website is that as a new user (Level 1) you can't claim any bonus even if you work so hard and get the reward (such as tournaments) but you can't claim it.

I've been trying to get my details changed for almost 2 weeks now.

I signed up expecting it to be like any other crypto casino however have been unable to withdraw both my deposit or any winnings due to KYC. As I used anonymous details when I signed up, I'm now stuck because when providing my docs the KYC company rejects it.

I've asked to change my details to my correct/real details and have been waiting over 2 weeks. I've contacted chat over and over again and sent emails and still nothing.

stay away from this scam casino i typed in a wrong address for a withdrawal and they supposedly sent it to a 6 digit xrp address. This site is a joke aviod at all cost. they wont crdit or refund me since they "sent it to the address i entered" there is no transaction ID even place is a joke.

Update took a while until I was able to contact someone who could somewhat help. This person didn’t seem to want to fix the root issue to this problem instead gave me a bonus for about the amount of my withdrawal so I say I did get my wd (somewhat)

This is an update on the response from coins.game.
My withdrawal that I requested was completed as an internal transaction. Meaning there was no wallet address hence still unable to provide me with a transaction ID to this day. Instead of Acknowledging the mistake and informing back end to deal with this issue so that it don’t happen again to someone else and possibly even rewarding me for this bug I found. I was dealt with like an incompetent fool. The only reason why I raised my rating from 1 star to 3 is because I did get my funds credited back to me in the form of a bonus code. But unfortunately coins.game claimed the validity of my review was baseless so I verified my review and since I’m back here again and wasted more of my time I and going to have to lower my rating for this site again back to 1 star.
