If I could leave 0 stars I would. CoinsTV messed up my order and refused to acknowledge their mistake or refund me. Once I started calling too much to try and get ahold of someone to help me in my situation THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER!! Absolutely horrible customer service and they scam their customers. Do not order anything from them cause this could happen to you next.

Purchased "Blowout Box". The two complaints are as follows: Primarily it was stated that it would have a “guaranteed… minimum retail value of $250” and secondarily it was a “numbered box”. I assessed the value of the items in the box and they could never add up to the minimum target of $250 in retail value and I don’t see any exception to the stated guarantee. Additionally the boxes are not numbered in any way to the advertised limited series if “just 500” stated in the claim. This is false advertising and illegal.

I READ EVERY SINGLE REVIEW ON HERE ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!! I AGREE WITH MOST OF THE STATEMENTS.
WHILE THEY HAVE ALWAYS SHIPPED MY ORDER, THEY HAVE IN FACT TAKEN A LONG TIME TO SHIP. SOMETIMES WELL OVER A MONTH.
THEN IN ALMOST EVERY ORDER THERES A DAMAGED PRODUCT. THEY CHEAPLY PACKAGE YOUR PRODUCTS IN A BUBBLE BAG ONLY, WHICH CAUSES MORE DAMAGE IN SHIPPING. THEN WHEN YOU COMPLAIN, THEY OFFER TO RETURN PRODUCT FOR A REFUND OR GIVE YOU $5 DOLLARS OFF YOUR NEXT ORDER, "BUT NEVER SEEM TO ALLEVIATE THE RE-OCCURING PROBLEM !!!
FOR THE MONEY WE PAY, "WHICH IS HIGHER THAN OTHER PLACES" WE SHOULD GET WHAT WE PAY FOR. YOUR AD DOESN'T SAY "DISCOUNTS ON DAMAGED ITEMS", YET THATS WHAT WE CONSISTENTLY GET !!!
AS OF TODAY NO LONGER DEALING WITH THEM.

Item was as described and arrived well packaged.
Thank you!

Buying my 4th bag. Only one somewhat dry bag. Excited to see what this 2lbs of silver land in my lap.Hopefully not quite as dimes and quarters I’ve seen so far.

The company cannot be considered trustworthy based on my purchase of 20 rolls from the "unsearched" Gold Coast Horde Lincoln pennies. They are NOT unsearched!! They are the worst bunch of Lincoln cents I have ever seen! Mostly 1950s, all worn down, scuffed, dinged. Also included two memorial cents and three Canadian pennies!

Waist time and money on a promise you may find a rare S Quarter or how about a rare, supposedly un-looked at Wheat Pennies. Fool me once, fool me twice, but NOT a 3rd time!

Great selection and service.

Great product..delivery time was great..no issues at all..fou d some nice coins

I didn't get a variety of Bu coins.1944 only in the 1950s

I READ THE REVIEWS AND FIND IT REPULSIVE TO SEE HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS AND ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TO SCAM CUSTOMERS, WAS GOING TO BUT SEVERL THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF SILVER BUT NOT NOW !! THANK YOU FOR THE REVIEWS AND BY THE WAY DON'T GIVE A REVIEW UNTIL YOU OPEN AND FIND IF YOU RECEIVED WHAT YOU ORDERED !!!!

I purchased a fairly expensive coin (~$400) from CoinsTV, and it turned out to be a nightmare. Before I made the purchase, I called and was assured that there were 10 items left in stock. I placed the order via the site right away for 1 item, and they took the money from my card immediately. No shipping confirmation ever came, so I called after a week. They said to hold tight as they were within their (2 week!) shipping window. I called back after 2 weeks, they said they would get in touch with fulfillment and ship it immediately. I called back again exactly 3 weeks after placing my order, and they informed me that they didn't have the product, and would refund my money. Unbelievable. I buy a lot of coins and precious metals, and this is the worst experience I have had with a vendor that I can remember. I will never buy from them again and would recommend that you steer clear of them too.

Not impressed first I ordered on September 17 and now just received my order which my girl friend called then was told it hasn't gone out yet because they ran out of something almost 3 weeks later, in which they could have sent something out about it, Second the "Unsearched Lincoln wheat Cents Roll" they been search plus the coin wrappers are the same I buy and can get at Walmart very loss definitely not the ones you get from the bank. The worse was finding a few 1970s Penny's alone with a 1990 out of three rolls is kinda bulls..t. For a large company you dont seem to run it very professional business. I have found older wheats coin hunting at the bank and doesn't have all the headaches as this company has and the bank acts like a professional business. I wouldn't waste your time and money most of the reviews you can buy anyways.

Quick response, fast shipment, product as described.

When I got in touch with them, they took great care of my problem.

The rolls I received were opened and most of the coins looked like they were picked up from parking lots, with nicks and slide marks. Sent a few messages about it but no one responded back other than I keep getting these review surveys that I feel no one pays attention too. I asked for a refund and how to return my order. No response!

These coins are AWESOME! I found several error coins, including very obvious die cracks and die chips. The best ones were a double die 1955!!! AND a double die 1958!!!
All of the coins are in excellent condition.
However, I also found a 1974-S in one roll.

Ordering was easy and it came with out delivery problems. Your company is doing things very well. I will order again in the future.

There are currently three issues which I received no resolution
A. Shipping 5 rolls wheat pennies to an address I did nit give
B. Purchased rolls of BU wheat pennies that were mostly greenish in color
C. Purchased 5vrolls BU wheat pennies and received 5 regular bank roll wheats.

Customer Service is worst I've ever dealt with in my 58 years on planet. I've sent pictures as evidence and they just don't respond, ever! I'm giving it a few weeks. My lawyer has papers drawn up but told me to give them 2 more weeks before we drop the hammer. Such as shame as I have received I few nice deliveries but customer service is expected 100%, not 50- 60%. This have been going on since March.

I bought there supposed to be unsearched Lincoln penny's. They are freshly scratched up. Looks like they tried to clean them. They are in bad condition. Wrapped in fresh roll paper. Very disappointed. Not happy at all. There no good having been cleaned and through the ringer. Freshly scratched. And worn. I will not buy from them ever again. You won't let my real review go through. OK. I'll put it on everyone's show I am a member with.
