I want to share my sincere appreciation for Raquel and the support she provided.
She worked with me for more than five days to resolve my issue. Throughout the entire process, she stayed patient, professional, and focused on finding a solution. She helped me file my taxes correctly and made communication with TurboTax much easier for me.
Raquel followed up consistently, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step. I never felt rushed. I always felt supported.

the balances are like unrecgonized…
the balances are like unrecgonized transactions for balances, wish I did have that many satoshi's, for previous years, but I'm paying for this and I have to do the work too, lol.. Get a bigger plan to pay more than btc, bad form, Jack, bad form...how many transactions were genuine for gain or loss or just click here ?

Their customer service is great but I…
Their customer service is great but I had a private wallet and a Samsung I phone and couldn't enter my 12 word passcode because Android I phones won't let you type two seed phrase words per line and tab down after that. So I contacted Coinbase customer service and they stole $14,000 from my private wallet. So I don't think I will buy bitcoin again.

About your question, if you received a 1099-DA from Coinbase showing the cost basis as "Unknown," it usually means they didn’t report the cost basis for those transactions on the form. But no worries—CoinTracker can calculate and reconcile your cost basis for you using your full transaction history. This is really important because without a reported cost basis, the IRS assumes it’s zero, which could result in higher taxable gains. CoinTracker gathers data from all your linked exchanges and calculates the cost basis to give you a complete and accurate picture of your crypto taxes.
