I was led to believe

I was led to believe, by their advertisement, if I paid $19.00, my 2025 taxes (1099) were covered if I was on Turbo Tax. I had 2 places (Kraken/Coinbase, a small account each. Then cointracker hit me with the -if your transactions exceed (more than 100? I had 203 or something like that) after i joined. I was stuck there after an hour of connecting my accounts (their "easy connection" is bs too). To me, this is deceptive and dishonest promotion. But, they did save me a LOT of headaches and time, from what I was told. After I paid 4x what I was told it would cost.

CoinTracker’s pricing is based on transaction volume, which can sometimes result in a higher tier if your total transactions exceed the limit of the base plan. We do aim to make this as clear as possible upfront, but we recognize that it’s not always obvious how quickly transactions (especially from multiple exchanges) can add up.

We’re glad to hear that CoinTracker ultimately saved you a significant amount of time and effort, that’s exactly what we strive for, but we also hear your concern about how the pricing was communicated.
