Returning Coldeez Fans
We recently received our two (2) Coldeez Cooling Ace devices and have tried using one of them. The device does not produce cold air, as advertised, it seems to work as a fan, only. Also, the machine is quite noisy and certainly noisier than other similar fans we have.
We would like to return the fans and receive a full refund. We emailed the company on 14 Dec. at its designated email address requesting advice re the steps to return the devices and obtain a refund.
We have not had a reply from the Coldeez.
