The filtered water smells and tastes bad, even after three complete filtrations where I discard the filtered water. I can't find the company's email address to request a refund.

This used to be a decent water filter company. However, in the past couple of years it has been very difficult to obtain replacement filters. I ended up buying a complete replacement filter system last December with two replacement filters. Since June I have been trying to buy another replacement filter and they have always been out of stock. Not recommended.

Why are you claiming an NSF53 certification (even if it's for ProOne) when neither ProOne nor Coldstream have it on the NSF website, only 42. False advertisement? Lies?

Excellent service. The product arrived very well packed. The online setup video is a breeze to follow.
And we get crisp, healthy water to drink. Beats buying it in plastic!!!

I have been using the Coldstream Max water filters for several years and think they are great, and at a reasonable price. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 rating was because I had to wait quite a while for it to come back into stock before I could order

After the 1st delivery attempt was unsuccessful, I updated on APC Choice website to reschedule the delivery. However, APC didn't deliver on the rescheduled date without any reasons. At last, I called APC Hotline to reschedule the delivery date but they didn't deliver again without any reasons. Then, I complained Coldstream's Logistics & Customer Manager for the non-delivery issue. With her assistance, APC Hotline further rescheduled the delivery. I was very disappointed that APC still didn't deliver without any reasons. At this moment, I still have not received the ordered product and didn't get further assistance from the Logistics & Customer Manager. I strongly request Coldstream to have proper control on APC's performance.

Great product, fast delivery, 100% reliable

I bought a over the counter filter about 6 months ago. Its great but since august I been trying to buy a filter replacement and they are out of stock. I wrote the customer service it took them 3 weeks to reply just to tell me that they will be available beginning of September. Now mid-october and still out of stock. So don't spend your money on a filtration system that you can't get a replacement filter.

After I received a wrong item on my recent order, I contacted Coldstream and spoke with a lovely lady named Caroline, who arranged for the correct item to be sent out swiftly. She kept me updated throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble.

Customer service these days is something many companies lack, so I was super happy to be met with such a lovely manner and have the issue resolved so quickly. Thank you again

Even though they have a US branch/website I am pleased with the product arriving in a short period even though I was told there would be a wait for them. I was offered a 10% discount on my next order which I will use for sure.

Replacement filters for the under counter system have been out of stock for the last year, so a complete waste of money to buy their system. Don’t do it.
