Great experience excellent customer service

Kyle is the man! I had an issue that was really major, and Kyle fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Great experience.

Kyle went above and beyond. The first driver had to cancel on me and Kyle found a second driver within the same day. The price quoted was correct, nothing else was added. Carlos the driver kept in contact the whole trip from NM to TX. I will use them again and told all my friends and family.

He went WAY above and beyond to get my problematic car transported, including working past his shift. Give this man a HUGE raise - he is the best customer service representative I've ever experienced.
PS He kept the cost down for me too, which we very much appreciated. :-)

After being scammed out of $70 by one company that never showed I was bombarded with calls and emails from different companies and didn’t know who to trust anymore. I reached back out to Colibri after they had emailed me and after reading the reviews and I worked with Kyle Phillips. He was very kind, communicative and helpful and told me what to do in future to avoid being scammed. I was still reluctant if his company was legit since the scammer fraudulently used the name of a legitimate company that also had good reviews. So I didn’t know who to believe and was leery but Kyle did not require any money or deposit up front to dispatch a driver and said he only needed a credit card on file to charge after my car was picked up. This was unlike the scammer who insisted they could not dispatch a driver without an upfront deposit using Cash App. Of course despite reporting this scammer, Cash App said they can’t do anything about my stolen money. And the scammer promised me a refund for days and was full of lies and never refunded me and stopped responding to me. So don’t ever use anyone named Danny David or anyone claiming to be from US Prologistics LLC because after contacting this company I learned that they don’t transport cars and are aware of a scam out of North Carolina where someone is using their business name and reputation fraudulently. So buyer beware: scammer’s email is danny at usprologistics dot com and uses www.usprologistics dot com but it is all fake and his phone is (919)373-4602 from North Carolina.
Now back to Kyle and Colibri. Use them! He sent me the driver info right away with the DOT which I also didn’t know I needed to have from a legit company. Scammer “Danny” never did this nor did he give me any driver info or DOT. Kyle reassured me driver would show up. When driver was delayed I got nervous that I was being scammed again and was very worried as I was flying out of town and didn’t think my car would be picked up before I left the state. Driver did show up in the morning as promised and was nice and apologetic and understanding especially after hearing my story of what had already happened to me. So bottom line is this is a trustworthy and legit company with competitive prices and Kyle is excellent at his job and keeps in constant communication and most importantly he is honest and kind as was the transport driver too so in the end it was a very professional service and am so happy I went with Kyle and Colibri and their driver to get my car transported across the state. Highly recommend! A company you can trust and count on!!

We found an alternative carrier when the initial carrier cancelled due to an accident. We made it happen and I got my vehicle in the same condition as when I sent it off.

Felix is the one helping me arrange the whole trip. Since the first driver canceled my order two hours before the pickup schedule and the price surged up dramatically the next couple of days. Felix handled all the hassles and helped us find a fair price and driver to resume the trip in two days.

These guys went above and beyond for me to get my car from California all the way to Canada. Felix even took the time to advise me on how to save money and which city to drop off. I am writing this review a month after the job was done, because they are still helping me with documentation and following up with my requests even after payment. THANK YOU Felix and Colibri 🙏

Felix was great picking up our car and shipping it from Arizona to New Jersey! It’s always nerve wracking to entrust your new car to a third party but he was great at communicating!

I had a wonderful experience transporting my truck from North Carolina to Idaho. Before shipping I researched and talked to numerous companies. When I spoke to Felix at Calibri I felt he was being honest and completely explained the procedure. Givi, the owner operator that picked up our truck was wonderful. His attention to detail and safety was exceptional. He was pleasant and the truck arrived safe and sound and in record time!!
