Collared Creatures レビュー

Ordered a few times, products are always beautiful and high standard

The tweed collar and matching lead is beautiful, and my dog finds the collar comfortable to wear as it has a soft lining.
There was a slight problem with the order, but Collared Creatures offered one of the best customer service experiences, sorting out the order and delivery perfectly.
I would strongly recommend using this company.

If I could give this bed more than 5 stars I would! We ordered the tweed Deluxe Cocoon bed with curtains for our being under a blanket lover GSP. The quality of this is far beyond what I expected, from the mattress itself to the curtains. It’s worth every penny. We’ve had the bed less than 24 hours and we have only seen our GSP come out of her bed to eat or go outside! Every so often we just hear comfy noises coming from inside her new igloo. Thank you so much collared creatures, although I’ll get less cuddles now!

This is the 2nd collar purchased. Item arrived quickly. It is well made, easy to clean and with a sturdy clamp- perfect for my adventure loving spaniel.

Excellent customer service. The collar was great quality. I would recommend this company.

Lovely collar, hopefully lasts! Time will tell. Arrived promptly
Nice to have a good choice of colours. Went for olive green with rose gold metal.

Purchased a Biothane collar and lead set two months ago for my Vizsla pup. Within a month the metal parts of the collar had gone rusty. Whilst my dog has been swimming a lot in the hot weather, these collars are advertised as suitable for swimmers (I went with biothane over leather for this reason). Now one of the rivets has come off too so the collar is useless. Really disappointing and a waste of money.

This is my second purchase. Excellent service and great product.
I ordered the waterproof collar, leads and quilted mat. My dogs go in the sea every day and the collars are wonderful.
I made a mistake when inputting my details for the engraving. Before completing my order customer services emailed to double check. Fantastic customer care!
Fast delivery and will definitely order again soon.

I ordered my dog a leather collar in colour guacamole with rose gold hard ware and the quality and detail on the collar is beautiful. It came in immaculate condition and much quicker than expected. Would recommend, regretted not getting the lead to match. Will deffo buy from them again

Excellent quality, fast delivery , perfect fit and the engraving tag is a big plus!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with this collar. The quality is outstanding and it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into both the materials and the craftsmanship. The Harris Tweed looks fantastic, the brass clasp feels incredibly solid, and the overall finish is first class.

It fits my dog perfectly and looks even better in person than it did in the photos. You can tell this is a premium product that’s built to last, rather than something cheaply made.

The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and everything arrived exactly as described. From start to finish, the whole experience has been excellent.

If you’re looking for a high-quality dog collar that looks beautiful and is made to a very high standard, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Collared Creatures. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

I’m really impressed with Collared Creatures. The quality of the collar is fantastic — it feels durable, well-made, and looks great on my dog. There was a small issue with my original order as the name plate had been missed off, but their customer service was excellent and they sent a replacement free of charge without any hassle.

What really stood out to me was that they are a UK company and actually have a phone number you can call, which made resolving the issue so much easier. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that offers such personal and efficient service. I would definitely recommend them and will happily order from them again.

British made. Amazing quality and finish. I’m really happy with my collar for Nellie

Good quality snuggle bed the whippets enjoy quick delivery

Purchased biothane collar with engraved metal clasp Nov 2025. The metal clasp snapped after less than 6 months use. Poor quality. Have purchased cheap collars previously which have always lasted much longer. Very disappointed

I had a problem with the original collar and the response to resolve the problem was quick and decisive.
I not only received a new collar but also a lead

Easy to place the order online, plenty of choice/options to choose from as well. Very helpful people at Collared Creatures when I called for fitting advice before placing the order, and I now have perfectly fitting collars for my girl - hole placement is just right and I dont have loads of excess material to deal with!

I bought a donut bed last year and it's still in perfect condition. Really good quality, especially for the price. The padding is excellent and has stayed really nice and thick. Lots of beds flatten down a lot and leave the dog feeling the hard floor through it so I'm particularly impressed with this bed. I'm tempted to buy another for the office!

Lovely strong beautifully made collar. No problems with delivery. Sent out quickly.
