I was offered a 15% discount for signing up. Then offered 20% off shortly thereafter. Both discount codes did not work on checkout for 3 shirts. 10 emails back and forth with multiple reps - they confirmed it was applicable on all orders, sales, and with shipping to Canada as per their policy. They still couldn't get it to work. Then, I was assured I would be reimbursed 20% after I placed the order which I did. More emails back and forth and a week later I was told my order did not qualify. More emails back and forth and was then told I would be "granted an exception" and I was finally blessed with the 20% off I was promised initially. Shipping took longer than expected. Received the shirts, they are average at best and certainly not worth the money they are asking and absolutely not the quality they claim. The fit is also a little awkward in comparison to every other shirt I have ever purchased. Returned the shirts at $18 charge. Paying return shipping these days is ridiculous but anyways. 13 business days after they received the shirts and still no refund. More emails. Finally they processed my refund after 16 business days - contrary to their "up to 10 business days." A complete mess from start to finish and a colossal waste of time when all I wanted to do was to buy some good quality shirts. Never again will I purchase anything from Collars & Co.

I have been a huge fan of their products ever since they opened a few years back - Great quality products! My 31st and 32nd shirts came out of the first laundry cycle with a yellow tint. Amanda in Customer Care promptly made arrangements to replace both items at no cost to me. Her quote was, "When you only make the highest quality menswear, it is EASY to stand behind your products when there is a problem!" I really enjoy doing business with companies like this and have referred several family and friends to Collars & Co.

I had never ordered from collars and co. before.ButI will definitely order from them again. I ordered two shirts for my husbands birthday, they were too small. I sent a text asking how to exchange them. The lady told me what steps to take. I sent them back but before they even recieved them they issued me a refund on one of them because the were out of the color I had previously ordered and had already mailed the one I was exchanging. Talk about service after the sale. This company is number one in my book. Everyone Italked with was so kind and genuinely helpful. Keep p the good work. 👍😄

Bought XL size, what I got was a shirt with a neck size of 14 1/2”. Company never responded after four attempts.
Finally gave shirts away.
Now I see they are offering a 20% discount on tv to push their junk out.

At first the customer service workflow was not pleasant. I placed an order online and didn’t hear an update on my order for 17 days, but I received over a dozen marketing emails.

Frustrated, I expressed my concerns and feelings with support and within 24 hours they corrected the issue and did a 180-degree turnaround on my experience.

My Apex dress shirt arrived and it feels smooth like silk. I’m looking forward to wearing it with my suit and seems like it’ll last for a long time. Collar and cow is great. I will order more stuff from them.

Love the shirt. The blend material with spandex works excellent and a perfect fit. The original collar is the best ever, even after 15 washings.
I wish you could offer this same collar and material in a button down long sleeve shirt.

My return request was honored no questions asked and the return process was easy to navigate. It makes me more willing to try new products knowing I can return them easily if they don’t work out.

Ordered a sports jacket. Fit wasn’t quite right so decided to return it. Return process is extremely easy. Have purchased stuff from Collars and Co in the past and will definitely buy again.

XL-Tall size polos from order # 828905 are different size, as compare to previous same size orders I have placed last year....

I was in touch with Monique in customer service and she told me to use a steamer to take care of wrinkles due to packaging and it was so easy and worked out very well I can’t say enough about the way they handled it
