Complete jerk-offs. Refused to give the weight of a $30k all-gold Breitling. What reputable dealer would do the same? I'm more interested as a gold investor than a watch investor, although I do both. Scammers hide information, legitimate dealers do not.

I was sold an item that was not in seller's inventory. Zero empathy, zero professionalism, zero communication (unless prompted to and difficult to get), zero presentation of solutions. False information saying they respond typically within 24 hours. They took my money, have held it for 2 weeks and could careless about the fact this purchase was made for a special birthday that is coming up. This information was provided to seller in communication notes. This is the worse Ebay experience which Ebay can easily confirm by looking at my extensive buying history. I take the time to acknowledge and thank reputable and professional sellers, as well as, complete Ebay surveys that periodically come my way as a long time customer. Requested a refund and got it. Don't waste your time and shop elsewhere. There are many reputable and professional places to buy jewelry and timepieces.
