Love the 3 pairs of ortho trainers thst I got. Made a great difference to be able to walk without pain. But I did find one pair did seem a tight fitting. I bought them for achilles tendon problems.

Delivery very quick, but it is not an orthopedic walking shoe. Very light casual shoe , more like trainers/ sneakers

What a scam.
Was led to believe the runners were in Kildare and would be delivered in a few days by DHL.
Order came from China and absolute rubbish.

There website is a total misrepresentation ot the product. They said the shoes were in
stock it took 4 weeks.they said hand stitched not so. Shoes are Chinese plastic. A total rip off . I would not advise anyone to buy from this site

As others have said on this site, I ordered a pair of slippers from Collins ( not based in Kildare as the website would have you believe ) I received an email confirmation for the order, then 5 minutes later I received another email saying I had ordered a second pair ( which I had not ) and took an unauthorized payment .

I contacted the retailer straight away but they refuse to cancel the order or issue a refund, stating that once an order is placed it can not be cancelled

100% scam. This is not a family owned company in Kildare. It is a front for a tat merchant in China. Zero customer service. Order cancelled within minutes yet they will not process a refund. Beware. Do not buy anything from them.

Scam website, based in Asia with address stating Kildare, Ireland. Says they are family run business with images of staff.. all stock images which can easily be found online when reverse searched.

I ordered one pair of shoes and got a confirmation email. Ten minutes later I got a second email stating my order has been updated with a second pair of shoes, the money for this was taken from my account. Company will not allow me to refund order even though it has not been sent yet. Dispute opened on PayPal and will be reporting them to the CCPC

Keep Way. Website is deseptive about it's trust pilot rating. It's low on trustpilot, but gives the impression it's high.

One star is even too much. You buy in good faith from Collins in kildare but only to find out when you get your tracking it's coming from China. Very bad quality, shoes so light and like plastic and the size is not the same as EU sizing. To return you have to post to China.

Absolute rubbish... its not often i get caught, but i didnt do my homework before Ipurchased a pair of " orthopedic trainers".... wouldn't put them on a bonfire.....really poor quality...mostly plastic.... avoid this Web site at all costs
