I am extremely disappointed with Colmex…
I am extremely disappointed with Colmex Pro's conduct. Due to their own technical error, an incorrect credit was left in my account for over 30 days. Relying on this balance, I managed my risk and positions accordingly.
Suddenly, a month later, they unilaterally deducted funds from my original capital to fix their mistake, causing a massive margin gap. To make matters worse, they are now charging me daily interest on a deficit they created.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, I have received no professional response. This is a clear breach of client protection rules. I am now escalating this to the Financial Ombudsman and CySEC.
Avoid until resolved.

Colmex is a good platform
I had contact with murat from colmex and he explained me al the different accounts and helped me to choose one and gave me the instructions to use it. The service is very good and the platform is also nice but you have to use it more to know how it works.

A fantastic online broker
A really good online broker. Use them for equities and equity options. Good execution and fantastic support. My RM (Murat Ucer) is always there to assist and very responsive. As a firm they always help when it's possible. Highly recommend.

Great platform to trade
The company is a great platform to trade with , i was paper trading for 4 months now and it was going well and now i started with real money , i hope with patience and good management that i will be profitable . Also i want to thank Murat for his guidance the whole time to use Colmex platform .

Zeer tevreden over deze broker
Zeer tevreden over deze broker. De handelsomgeving is overzichtelijk en de charts werken uitstekend. De klantenservice is vriendelijk, deskundig en reageert snel op vragen. Storingen komen vrijwel nooit voor, wat zorgt voor een betrouwbare en stabiele ervaring. Kortom, een top broker die ik zeker kan aanbevelen.

Ik ben blij met Colmex Pro als platform en dankzij Murat(mijn account manager) voelde ik me gauw vertrouwd, heb uiteindelijk maar kort op een demo-account getrade, om vervolgens nu dagelijks serieus te kunnen daytraden. Als ik ergens mee zit, krijg ik vrijwel meteen antwoord en onderneemt Murat actie! Hij is ontzettend hulpvaardig, respectvol, accuraat, geduldig en vriendelijk!! Ik ben erg tevreden met Colmex als mijn broker en kan het iedereen aanbevelen!
